Indoors, you’ll have a bespoke Chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area and breakfast bar seating. The great room is a special place to come together for movie nights. If you must work, you’ll find the home office complete with a desk, chair, printer & 2 GB fast WiFi so you can get it done.

Recently remodeled with luxury touches, you’ll have a mix of style and comfort here. Plus, you’ll have easy access to Scottsdale’s world-class shopping, attractions, golf, hiking and nature activities. There is something to delight everyone, no matter what age.

SPACES OF THE HOME
– BEDROOM 1 – This is the primary bedroom with a plush king bed, nightstands and reading lamps on both sides, a view of the pool, and direct access to the pool area via the ensuite bathroom. The bathroom exudes a luxurious spa feel with a spacious stand-in shower and dual-sink vanity,
– BEDROOM 2 – Deluxe and comfortable double/full-sized bed and a Smart TV.
– BEDROOM 3 – Luxurious queen bed, large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom.
– FULL BATHROOM – The third full bathroom in the hall is just outside Bedrooms 2 & 3 and features a tub/shower combo.
– CHEF’S KITCHEN – A beautiful, big, and bright fully equipped kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare a meal with a view of the pool! You’ll have plenty of cooking space, a built-in microwave, toaster, blender, a hot water kettle, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher!
– DINING – A quaint dining area in the open with a round table for four and cushioned seating. The big center island in the kitchen also features a dining bar with 4 swivel bar stools.
– 2 LIVING ROOMS – The bigger living room/great room features a large plush sofa facing a wall-mounted Smart TV, making it the perfect spot to come and have a relaxing moment or a family movie night together. The second sitting room is a great spot for an after-dinner cocktail and chat or perhaps to get away and have a moment to yourself.
– DEDICATED WORKSPACE – A spacious private office inside the home with a mechanical desk, chair, printer, and a window that lets in lots of natural light. With fast WiFi, you’ll be able to stream video calls and get your work done in a jiffy and get back out to enjoy the fam.
– BACKYARD OASIS – Enjoy outdoor fun and relaxtion with a private pool, sun loungers, a tree-to-tree hammock, covered dining and BBQ lounge area, a grassy area for outdoor games, nightly ambiance with string lights, and plenty of space to relax and refresh your spirit!
– LAUNDRY ROOM – Enjoy the added convenience of a laundry area with a washer, dryer, and iron.

Guest Access: Guests have full and exclusive access to the home. The only spaces not available are the owner’s closet, the kitchen pantry, garage and the shed in the backyard, all of which will remain locked at all times. The indoor fireplace is also off-limits. It can pose a fire hazard.
The Neighborhood: You’ll be in a serene neighborhood in the vibrant heart of Scottsdale with easy access to top attractions. Enjoy upscale shopping at Kierland Commons, savor a delicious meal at local favorites like The Greene House, and explore the beauty of Desert Ridge Park. This neighborhood is ideal for families and couples seeking both relaxation and adventure.
Getting Around: If you’re driving, you’ll be about 16.5 miles from PHX Airport and 4 miles from Scottsdale Airport (SCF). Uber and Lyft are also reliable modes of transportation in this area!
Other Things to Note: Important things to know before booking to ensure a pleasant stay!
STATE LAW STRICTLY PROHIBITS PARTIES/EVENTS at the property. This is a residential area with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am to be respectful of our neighbors. The home is outfitted with a Minut device that measures volume decibels (does not record) and notifies us when noise levels exceed a set limit. Violating noise ordinances is an initial $2000 fine.
We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to: - abide by our rental terms and conditions. - provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - that we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via TRUVI - the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay
The landscaper visits the property every Tuesday.
We don’t have a lost and found, so please double-check you have all your stuff before you leave. We can’t take responsibility for anything left behind.
HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. - The primary guest who made the reservation must stay at the property. - Local guests within a 4-hour drive must contact us before booking. - No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. Failure to comply will incur a penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected. - Recreational drug use or any illegal or dangerous activity at the property is also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply incurs a $300 penalty. - This dog-friendly property allows up to 2 dogs for $125 per stay, but you must get pre-approval. The dog(s) must be crate-trained, and please clean up after your dog. No cats, sorry. - The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use. It can pose a fire hazard. - Guests must comply with maximum occupancy and obtain approval for additional guests or incur a fee. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Please let us know 1-2 days in advance to arrange it. - For stays of 25 nights or longer, there is a mandatory mid-stay cleaning that's complimentary. Our team will contact you during your stay to coordinate the best day to do it. - Guests are responsible for keeping the property well-cleaned and maintained. - Guests are responsible for damages or extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay, including cleaning charges needed in the event unauthorized pets are discovered during or in a reasonable time after the stay. These amounts are charged to the credit card on file, followed by an email explaining the fees and damages. No charges are ever processed without prior written notice. The minimum fine for damages is $500. - Please adhere to check-in and check-out times to avoid fines. Guests must vacate the property at the agreed-upon time. - Property undergoes regular inspections to ensure compliance with rules and maintenance standards. - Specific rules apply for properties with septic tanks. - Thermostat: Temperature controls must be maintained to prevent damage. - Guests are advised not to have mail or packages sent to the property. - Guests are responsible for their valuables and personal property. - Prompt reporting of any maintenance issues is required, though refunds are not guaranteed. - The property is for vacation rental only; no commercial use allowed. - Guests must adhere to all local vacation rental laws and regulations. Failure to comply with rules may result in eviction without a refund.
SWIMMING POOL SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & RELEASE: 1. Supervision is key to preventing drowning accidents: never leave children unsupervised in the vicinity of the pool - not even for a second! 2. Always watch children around the pool. Do not rely on barriers. They only slow a child's access to the pool. 3. In case of an emergency, act immediately. 4. Shout for help. 5. Pull the child out of the water. 6. Stay with the child and dial 911 (or the local emergency number) for help. 7. Check the airway and breathing. If needed, start CPR immediately (if you are trained)
No Third-Party Services Allowed - For liability and safety reasons, we do not permit any outside services (such as massages, personal chefs, mobile IVs, or similar bookings) to take place at the property during your stay.
Interaction with Guests: The home uses an electronic door code for entry. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. If you need anything, just send us a message.

Designer stay
This place is incredible - close to everything, but in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, designer rooms and fixtures, and the most generous hosts. It was so nice to have toiletries and even coffee provided! We can’t wait to come back!

Comfortable and Quiet
Beautiful remodel with nice upgrades. Clean and peaceful neighborhood. Property management was excellent. The best part was the bed--super comfortable bed!!!
