Welcome to Bella Vista Mountain Retreat – a breathtaking haven with the most captivating scenic views of Phoenix that is steps away from Lookout Mountain.

This Moon Valley home is located in a safe, family friendly neighborhood with easy access to freeways, airports and fine dining.
Whether you want to kick back and enjoy your private sanctuary with jacuzzi, fire pit ,BBQ and heated pool, or enjoy the hiking trails steps from the house, it’s a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure.
The space
There are 4 bedrooms located upstairs, along with 2 baths that are fully stocked with linens, hygiene products, shampoos, etc. There is a 1/2 bath located downstairs for guest convenience.

The master bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the pool and spectacular views of the city. There are several seating areas so that guests can enjoy their morning coffee or their evening glass of wine. Guests can relax during the afternoon in the hammock and have access to stairs to the backyard for pool and jacuzzi.

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs that share a balcony that has beautiful views of the mountain to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire property except for bottom floor bedroom and garage which contains personal storage.

There is a huge hall closet downstairs which contains games, toys, hiking supplies and other items that you could use while visiting.
Other things to note
I stock the refrigerator with coffee creamers so that you could relax and enjoy your mornings. There are several coffee bars in the house (one off of kitchen and the other in the master bedroom). Coffee grinds and k cups provided along with numerous coffee creamers and milk.
