When bringing a pet, signing a separate rental agreement will be required.

The safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. Please let us know in advance if you plan on bringing your furry companion! We like to prepare our cleaners ahead of time

For extra safety and security:

We have an exterior security camera at the exterior entrances- there are no cameras inside the home or pointed inward. ID verification is also required prior to check-in, so please complete that promptly to ensure easy access to the property.

Thermostat is managed by host on a timer to protect HVAC system and comply with local professional guidance. This is done to ensure everything is working properly for your comfort.
In summer, temperature range is 67-76 degrees.

Early Check-in & Late Check-out:

Early check-in before 4pm and late check-out after 10am, each for a $35 fee. Availability depends on surrounding reservations, so please reach out in advance and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you!
