Located just 5 minutes from the upscale boutiques and restaurants of Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, and a mere 10 minutes from TPC Scottsdale, this home offers the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and convenience.

THE SPACE
As you walk through the front doors, you'll immediately feel the excitement of vacation begin. The spacious great room invites you to relax and entertain, with a billiards table, foosball table, and shuffleboard for endless fun. Around the corner, the designer white kitchen awaits, equipped with a six-burner range and all stainless steel appliances, offering both style and functionality. Enjoy your morning coffee in the cozy eat-in nook while soaking in the serene views of the backyard, or retreat to the covered, fully furnished patio to relax by the sparkling heated pool, perfect for swimming and unwinding under the Arizona sun.

When it's time to kick back, the family room provides the perfect space for catching up on your favorite shows or movies, with a 65” LED TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The space is also ideal for gathering friends and family for a fun-filled game night.

At the end of a day of exploring Scottsdale or relaxing at home, retreat to one of the four upstairs bedrooms or the downstairs bedroom, each thoughtfully designed with high-thread-count linens, smart TVs, and bedside USB charging stations in the master suite. The master bedroom also boasts a spacious walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with a glass shower and double sinks. The second upstairs bathroom features a bathtub/shower combination, double sinks, and ample counter space for added convenience. The downstairs bathroom provides a convenient shower as well.
The entertainment doesn't end inside the home. Outdoors, you'll find a putting green and for additional fun, and a hot tub for those moments when you want to relax and unwind. For the younger guests, there's an Xbox gaming console in the bunk bed room, ensuring everyone has a space to enjoy.

This property couldnt have worked better for us. We spent 3 months there while my daughter and I recieved treatments at Envita.My daughter 4 littke boys had a blast with their Dad and Grammy while we did treatments five days a week. Lots for them to do plus a park rightnext door.Sway Vactations who managed the property were awesome to work with as our schedule kept changing and they were very accommodating. All of the beds were super comfy and the home is well equipped.
