Questa casa quadrata del 1752 ha un cortile recintato privato con 2 alberi da frutto maturi (albero di limoni e pompelmi) e ora un albero di arance, un focolare e uno spazio coperto nel patio ideale per grigliare ..

La casa dispone di 2bds / 2baths, con letto king size nel master e queen size nella seconda camera da letto. La camera da letto principale ha una cabina armadio, uscita privata sul patio, bagno padronale con cabina doccia e goditi la visione della TV da 55 pollici comodamente nel tuo letto.

La seconda camera da letto spaziosa ha un grande armadio e il secondo bagno è proprio accanto.

Il soggiorno ha un divano letto queen size per ospiti extra, una TV da 65 'dotata di Netflix, Hulu e HBO, con cavo cox e la casa è dotata di WIFI panoramico.

House è anche dotata di Amazon Alexa, puoi chiedere le sue ricette, impostare i timer, pagare la musica e molto altro!

L'ampia sala da pranzo situata proprio accanto alla cucina è il luogo perfetto per avere amici a cena. Abbiamo acquistato questa proprietà a dicembre 2017.

Cucina nella cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici e le comodità di casa o sulla griglia esterna. Puoi sederti e goderti i tuoi pasti al bancone ampliato o fare una cena per 8 comodamente al tavolo della sala da pranzo.

Il Westbrook Village è una comunità di oltre 40 anni con due campi da golf e due centri ricreativi con piscine olimpioniche, campi da tennis, centri fitness, biblioteca e ristoranti. È disponibile un parcheggio custodito per camper.

A soli 5 minuti dal 101 Loop, dai ristoranti, dai negozi e dal Peoria Sports Complex - Sito di allenamento primaverile per i Seattle Mariners e il San Diego Padres. Sei anche a circa 20 minuti dalla Glendale Arena - sede dei Phoenix Coyotes e dal vicino stadio dell'Università di Phoenix, sede degli Arizona Cardinals.

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay so much! The home is beautiful, recently updated, and beautifully decorated. It is also clean as can be! We enjoyed the fruit tree in the backyard and the hummingbirds. Also loved to sit by the fire table in the evenings! Tricia was very helpful and great to rent from! I would not hesitate to stay there again! We highly recommend this home!

Amazing Stay

Out of all the VRBO rentals I have stayed at, this one was by far the best! From the moment I walked into the home, I felt welcome, and valued as a guest. The house smelled wonderful, Alexa was playing music… Then, I noticed all the extras the host left for me, such as a bottle of wine, chocolates, soaps, a great variety of spices… basically everything I needed! The grapefruit tree in the oasis of a backyard was an extra treat; the smell of citrus, the countless birds and butterflies that visited during the day (many hummingbirds!). I had a delicious grapefruit almost every morning with breakfast. The communication with the host was excellent! I 100% recommended this home, had a lovely stay. Thank you Trish!

Lovely, comfortable home with great amenities

The house had some improvements since the photos were taken with lovely plantation shutters. The kitchen, bath and laundry were fully supplied so no need to rush out for the basics. Communication with the owner was easy over text and quick responses. The use of the community recreation facilities requires a bit of administrative work, a small cost for ID cards, but well worth it. A great pet friendly rental.

Wonderful trip great house

Everything at this house was absolutely impeccable. They went out of their way to leave lots of extras. I was absolutely pleased with how everything went and hope to stay at this property or another one of the same owners when we return. We come to Phoenix quite often because we have family here. Thank you again for making our stay so memorable and easy.

Comfortable

Perfect place for my parents and me to stay while visiting family. We were able to relax in the evenings after busy days. We bought and made breakfast every day and sometimes went to the table outside if it wasn’t too hot. (August visit) I would stay here every visit if it is available.

Always a great and relaxing stay!

We've stayed at multiple properties owned by Trish and the accomodations are consistently impeccable. The home is fully stocked w! ith cooking supplies and even chocolates and wine! Any questions we had were promptly answered and addressed. Seems like other people agree with how great the home is since it seems to always be booked!

Great stay in the West Valley

We loved this home, very spacious, newly renovated and super clean. No issues with anything while we were there and a great outdoor space to relax in the morning or evening. Near lots of good restaurants. I highly recommend this home.

We love this place - the secret must be out!

This was our second stay here and it was just what we needed. We were thrilled to have found this place and also thrilled to see that it was very well furnished and extremely clean. It is close to everything - golf, shopping, hiking. My husband enjoyed golfing at Westbrook Village and I enjoyed going for runs around the neighborhood. The secret must be out on this gem because it has booked up quickly!

Just what we needed. 2020 & 21 was both hard and wonderful, and we just needed to get away to somewhere quiet. This property and it's location was just what we needed. Close to stores and golf courses, access to everything was really easy. Make sure you check all cabinets before you go shopping, you will find petty much what you need. We were tired when we arrived, took a quick glance and headed to the store, only to buy what was already there. Trisha (owner) was great to work with and responded immediately to any questions or request we had.

Pandemic New Year

The space was absolutely wonderful! It definitely accommodated my family comfortably and provided us a safe way to be together and bring in the New Year. The outside space with the fire pit and grill added a different dimension; along with the Hummingbirds feeding. Fabulous
