    Questa bella e ben arredata casa si trova nella zona molto ricercata di Kierland, nel nord di Scottsdale. Vicino ai negozi e ai ristoranti del Kierland Commons, dello Scottsdale Quarter e del Westin Kierland Resort, Spa & Golf Club. Questa casa è situata in posizione centrale rispetto a tutta la cultura, la vita notturna e le bellezze naturali che la Valle del Sole ha da offrire.

    Casa De Palms è un bellissimo monolocale completamente arredato (NO SCALE) 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni casa unifamiliare. La camera da letto principale offre un letto king size, TV a schermo piatto e bagno completo annesso con cabina doccia. Le camere da letto 2 e 3 offrono entrambe un letto matrimoniale e TV a schermo piatto. Troverai anche un letto a scomparsa doppio per dormire comodamente 7-8. Su richiesta (in base alla disponibilità), possiamo anche fornire un materasso ad aria con doppia regina alta, Pack n 'Play o seggiolone (soggetto a disponibilità). Un secondo bagno completo offre una combinazione vasca / doccia.

    Un sacco di spazio divertente interno ed esterno includono una camera familiare con ENORME TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD e camino a legna. Il soggiorno si apre sulla zona pranzo, bar per la colazione e cucina completamente attrezzata. Viene inoltre fornita un'area salotto aggiuntiva con area di lavoro per ufficio. Le porte scorrevoli in vetro si aprono sul grande patio esterno coperto con molti posti a sedere per rilassarsi. Goditi il barbecue in acciaio inossidabile, il tavolo da biliardo all'aperto, il putting / chipping green, il gioco "Tiki Toss", la vasca idromassaggio e la piscina DIVING! Così tanto da fare! Accendi il sistema di nebulizzazione e i ventilatori a soffitto che raffreddano il patio di circa 10 gradi nel caldo dell'estate. Perfetto per una rilassante vacanza, gita in golf o la prossima riunione di famiglia! Troverai anche 4 sedie a sdraio per prendere il sole, insieme a un tavolo da pranzo all'aperto. Extra come giochi da tavolo e libri ti faranno divertire per giorni.

    Un garage privato può parcheggiare 2 auto, insieme a un vialetto di 2 auto. Lavatrice e asciugatrice incluse. Tutte le lenzuola, asciugamani, prodotti di carta sono inclusi, insieme a una cucina completamente attrezzata per preparare la festa. Prendi semplicemente qualche spesa e goditi tutto ciò che Casa De Palms ha da offrire! Se durante il tuo soggiorno è necessario qualcosa, chiedi al gestore della proprietà personale ...

Lovely backyard and everything you need for a fun family weekend. Kitchen fully stocked, everything clean and owner very flexible and kind.

Wes was a great host. Welcomed us at the house and responded promptly to any concerns we had. The couch in the living room was the best part, we lounged around relaxing watching TV. The house could use some minor cosmetic repairs, but overall was a good stay.

Quick trip

Overall our stay was good. However, some of the lights in the kitchen did not work, the hot tub was 90 degrees for the first 2 days, and the toilet seat in the master bathroom was loose and would slid off the toilet at times.

Good experience

five week stay to hide from the snow back home. House was clean and well-stocked, if a bit worn in places. Quiet residential area in a wonderful location close to Kierland. No heat in the pool, but the hot tub sufficed. Remote work, golf, shopping and exploring. We will be returning next year.

The neighborhood was great and the host was responsive and helpful. The house is spacious with a nice split floor plan. My family had a lot of fun playing the games in the backyard!A couple of things to note: the linens could have used a fresh wash, and the unusually heavy rain in Phoenix during our stay caused some minor leaking. Additionally, there are large birds in the area that occasionally drop their prey on the roof, which can be surprisingly loud (loud enough that I initially thought someone was up there and called the host!).

Six Week Stay

My wife and I stayed for 6 weeks in the early spring. This was our second stay at the property. As before, the house was clean, stocked and ready to be lived in. The location is perfect for many activities and entertainments. All in all, a very comfortable house in a walkable residential neighborhood. Our dogs demand to be walked often. The hot tub is a great way to relax in the evening. Check-in was painless and Wes was very timely and responsive to any of our questions or concerns.

Short visit.

Let me start with the positive. This location is amazing. Close to everything. Extremely convenient. The back yard is nice. The pool, pool table, hot tub and putting green are great. Lots to stay busy at the house. Home has plenty of space and it’s nice to be able to park in the garage. Check in was great and the property manager was easy to work with. The beds were comfy. Some negatives The photos of the house are nicer than the house. It’s an older home. Needs fresh paint, new towels (they were white and stained). The dining room table chairs are stained and stuffing is coming out if some. The house has a weird smell to it. I bought a candle to light when we were home as I’m sensitive to smells. The hot tub needs some repairs. It’s very old and missing some cushions, the pool chairs are not in good shape. If you are looking for location this is it.

We enjoyed our stay. We do think there is an animal living in the ceiling vent in 2nd bathroom. There was always brush falling from vent on toilet. And a dead animal smell recently. Besides that, the house was nice.

Chill party pad

Some little things need to be buttoned up on the property. But mostly it was great. Only issue we had was we left mid day on Saturday to golf and when we got back someone had turned the hose on to fill the pool that was not really low in my opinion. When we got back from golfing around 5ish the pool was overflowing into the yard. I appreciate the effort on keeping the pool up to snuff but I believe the regulator on the hose to turn off when its full is broken is the real problem. Other than that we had a great time and would recommend the property!

Family vacay in Az

The place was perfect for us! Lots to do at the house getting sun in the yard all day and early evening. The shaded patio and umbrella was perfect to provide shade for our 9month old. The pool was clean and we really enjoyed the pool table and putting green. Wes, our property manager was easily reached by phone and helped make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The place was great! Great location. The house was just as it is seen in the photos. Wes, was a great host and made sure everything went smoothly. Will certainly stay here again.
