* A sparkling swimming pool (unheated).
* A relaxing hot tub.
* An outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and bar.
* A cozy fire pit for evening conversations.

Sleeping Arrangements:
* Bedroom 1: King Bed with an ensuite bathroom and TV.
* Bedroom 2: Queen Bed.
* Bedroom 3: Queen Bed.
* Office: Comfortable fold-out couch.

House Rules
To ensure a wonderful stay for you and our neighbors, we ask that all guests kindly adhere to the following rules:
* Must be at least 25 years old to book.
* No smoking of any kind is permitted.
* No pets allowed.
* No events, parties, or large gatherings.
* For safety reasons, no children under 6 years old are allowed on the property.
* Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially near the pool area.
* Please respect our quiet hours after 10:00 PM.

Important Information
Your safety and security are important to us. Please be aware of the following features at the property:
* **Security Cameras:** For your safety, an exterior security doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing out towards the entrance. There are also Ring cameras facing the gates to the backyard. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces.
* **Noise Monitoring:** The property is equipped with NoiseAware noise monitoring devices both inside and outside. These devices do not record conversations; they simply monitor decibel levels to ensure quiet hours are respected.
* **Pool Safety:** There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests swim at their own risk.

Important: All guests are required to complete and pass a background screening through Guest Ranger prior to their stay. This is a necessary step to comply with local city regulations and to ensure the safety and security of our home and community. The reservation will only be confirmed once the screening is successfully completed.
