Lovely and Peaceful

The cottage was so lovely. Calm and peaceful and very well appointed (beautiful linens and towels, well-stocked kitchen). We enjoyed sitting in the backyard--it's a little haven! Would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for us and another couple. The location is quiet and convenient to many places. The house is incredibly well stocked and beautiful. The backyard is awesome as well. We would try to stay again if we return to the area.

Scottsdale Gem

We loved our stay here. The house was clean and well stocked. It was close to everything - shopping, Old Town, freeways and restaurants. The communication with the owner was great. We loved the neighborhood as well. It was such a nice stay- if we ever find ourselves in the Phoenix area again we will be staying here.

A friend and I visited for the weekend for a girl's trip, and this home was perfect for us. Highlights included the hot tub and the fireplace. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. We didn't end up cooking at all, but you could tell the cookware/cutlery/dishes were high quality. The towels were really soft. We were never more than like 20 minutes away from anything we decided to go visit. The check in process was easy. I would stay here again if I found my way back to Scottsdale.

Me and My wife came here for our 10 year anniversary. We loved it very clean, very comfortable, it felt like home. It had everything you could need. I recommend and would definitely stay here again when in the area. We loved it! 👍

Great stay!

We had a lovely time at this property. The place was clean and well kept. It's in a great location, had easy parking, and was just a quick drive to Old Town Scottsdale. Jenny was quick to respond to questions. A perfect spot for two couples or a family. We will absolutely be back!

SPRING TRAINING WEEKEND

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY AT THE COTTAGE. ITS WAS QUAINT AND VERY WELL DECORATED. THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE HOT TUBS WAS A GREAT WAY TO END A LONG DAY. MINUTES AWAY FROM DOWNTOWN SCOTTSDALE AND CENTRALLY LOCATED FOR MOST OF THE SPRING TRAINING FIELDS. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN. THANKS.

Cozy Cottage

The Cottage is within walking distance of the Greenbelt Path which is great for biking or walking. The VRBO had a nice kitchen and living room space. It was also wonderful to sit outside in the backyard and enjoy a snack or meal. The beds and bedding were so comfy; we all wanted to find the same mattress/bedding for our own homes. Overall, it was a great experience. We highly recommend Penny and this Scottsdale Cottage.

Our Staycation

This is an amazing little gem in Scottsdale. Located in a quiet neighborhood with stores only a few minutes away. The house was immaculately clean and completely charming. Two full bedrooms with king beds and two full bathrooms, and yet still quite cozy. Everything in the pictures is truly representative of the house. The kitchen is amazing, and the living room was completely relaxing and warm. The back yard is charming and full of life. Our stay was just what we needed, and we could not be happier with this house. Everything was wonderful!

Great place close to Old Town

The property was so nice and very well maintained. Super clean, very modern looking and the beds were both super comfy. We cisited in the heat of summer and the A/C worked great! The kitchen was by far the most well stocked we have ever been in. When they mention it comes with basics like olive oil and apices...thats an understatement! A wide variety of spices and every utensil you could think of and a huge variety of pots, pans and kitchen gadgets. Its also very close to the Old Town Scottsdale which was very nice. We would definitely recommend and this will be out goto choice when visiting Scottsdale!

Our home away from home for the week

Cute property that you can tell has been given a lot of care and thoughtfulness. Living space and outdoors are just like the pictures. The back yard is large and peaceful and the hot tub was perfect for the cooler days and nights we experienced. The beds were super comfortable. Plenty of fluffy towels. The kitchen was fantastic. Incredibly well equipped to cook, bake, chop, mix, and serve pretty much anything. The pantry was stocked with plenty of herbs, spices, salt, pepper, olive oil, and some extras. Ample food storage options as well. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip.

Friendly host and comfortable home

Our stay at the Scottsdale cottage was excellent. The home is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is furnished with nice quality appliances, pots, pans, utensils, dishes and flatware. The décor throughout the home is tasteful and authentic. There is a refreshing lack of that all-too-common "generic and cheap" vibe that can be present in some short-term rentals. Attention to detail is evident with regards to the outside as well. Both the front and back yards are well manicured and are peaceful places to relax. Penny obviously has true pride of ownership, as she takes exceptional care of this property. Speaking of Penny, she is a great host. She is accommodating and showed genuine interest in making sure that our stay was a satisfying experience. I would absolutely stay at the Scottsdale cottage again, without hesitation.

Relaxing Stay

Property was as advertised, very clean, fully stocked for anything you would need for cooking. It was a nice and quiet neighborhood that was close enough to old town Scottsdale. Everything was easy to check in and leave and a good price. Hot tub was clean and maintained. Great Stay and would stay again.
