First, the good. The house is in a very nice neighborhood and very easy to get to and looks nice from the exterior. The inside was clean when we got there, though I did notice the sides of the box spring on the main bedroom was dingy. Several window blinds had damage, but that was minimal. The interior had a nice layout and was comfortable. The floors, counters, and furniture were clean. The kitchen had enough dishes, though not enough of any single design, and a good coffee pot.Now the bad. There was barely enough flatware for the kitchen. Other than a few wooden utensils, there was not much in the way of useful utensils: no spatulas, no ladels, no can opener, etc. The pots and pans were mismatch, warped, dented and generally not in good condition. The trash bin was almost full when we got there and the trash was never picked up (we left six days later). With all of this, I still would have rated this place higher except for the last complaint. My spouse and I sleep in a king size bed, but we have stayed in places with queens to be able to fit our family. This place was advertised as having two queen size beds. These were both FULL SIZE beds and very uncomfortable, super soft mattresses. The kick was, when I inform Vacasa the placed advertised queens and we got FULL SIZE beds, they texted back, "Thanks for the feedback".
