Brand new house with plenty of space. Comfortable beds and accommodation. Great location for us and easy getting to the airport. The owner was quick to respond to questions. Couldn’t ask for more! Would definitely stay here again.

Loely new home! Clean and still has a new house smell. The rooms were spotless and the bathrooms even had disposable items available in case you missed something like band-aids or feminine products! Such a lovely detail. The house is big and spacious and even has a pull-out sofa bed. All the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The host thought of everything to make my family stay special and welcoming. My family fell in love with the home and we were super central to plenty food locations, shopping strips, and parks.

This was my first Vrbo experience and I wasn't sure what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised. Matt was awesome and easy to communicate with, very responsive. House was nice and clean. Really spacious for me, my husband, adult daughter, and our grandson. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own room and privacy. The price was also outstanding. So much better than an impersonal hotel, it made our family vacation better by allowing us to enjoy family time in a home together. Little extras were provided, making our stay even more comfortable. 100% recommend and will stay again.

Good location to everywhere, very clean, big rooms including kitchen and living area. I would have like curtains or blinds on front and back doors. Maybe a place to put our luggage on in the rooms. But overall it was a great place.

Overall the property was good for what are had going on. On arrival it’s a bit of a sketchy neighborhood with some people walking around late at night. Across the street from the property are the back patios of a duplex of condos. The inside of the unit is much better than the outside. I would recommend fully extending the metal gate in the backyard to feel more protected and fixing the gate door especially being a property next to an abandoned structure. The inside of the home is very beautiful and cozy. The two additional beds are like full size mattresses. No tvs in any of the rooms. The light cap/fixture fell off in the kitchen while we were out Friday night. Dead flies were found in various corners of the house not many but they were visible. The shower in the master could really use some shelving we had to put our soaps on the floor of the shower. A few extra additions: an iron and ironing board, curtains or shutters on the back and front door to reduce the heat rise in the house. On multiple occasions were we burning up because the house couldn’t cool down fighting the heat from the windows. Other than the everything else was cool the kitchen is spacious we cooked a few times. pots and pans are great love the non stick. Bed in master was very comfortable and carpet felt clean house just smelled like very fresh paint.
