To comply with legal requirements and building security policies, you may be asked to provide the following during your stay:

Rental Agreement
All guests are required to sign a rental usage agreement outlining the terms of their stay. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following:
You accept and agree to the rental terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card will be required prior to check-in.
You understand that you may be asked to undergo a background check if required by property management or building regulations as per the rental agreement.
You agree that check-in instructions may not be provided until the verification process is complete.
In the case of repeated policy violations, we may involve local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Any costs incurred from the removal of a guest will be the responsibility of the guest.
Damage Waiver / Security Deposit
You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.
Pet Policy
For units that allow pets: Pets are permitted with prior approval based on size and breed (service animals are always welcome). To avoid cancellation, please inform us in advance about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee applies per pet:
Pet Fee : $20 per night
We do not have a weight limit, however, there are breed restrictions: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid
There is a limit of two pets, and only cats or dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, a $500 fee will apply.
Noise & Security
We have installed noise monitors in our units. These devices measure sound levels (not conversations) and will incur a fee if tampered with. Additionally, security cameras are placed in hallways for your safety.
