Condominio appena ristrutturato con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni, con tutti i nuovi mobili, situato in una posizione tranquilla ad Arcadia Lite nel Camelback Corridor. Dieci min. a Old Town Scottsdale e Fashion Square Mall. Cinque min. al famoso Biltmore Fashion Park. L'aeroporto e il centro sono a 15 minuti. Tutte le autostrade si trovano nelle vicinanze. È nel cuore di Phoenix! Cammina fino a Los Olivos Park e Sprouts. Il canale non è lontano, un ottimo posto per passeggiare, fare jogging e andare in bicicletta! A breve distanza da alcuni dei migliori ristoranti locali - Postino Wine Bar, il preferito di tutti, La Grande Orange, Chelsea's Kitchen, Tarbells, e non perdetevi Tee Pee se amate il cibo messicano! Fai un'escursione sui sentieri su Camelback Mountain e Piestewa Peak. Campi da golf e allenamento primaverile, tutti nelle vicinanze. L'Arizona è un posto meraviglioso da visitare! We had a great stay at Denise’s apartment. It was very clean and in close proximity to everything we needed. A nice bonus was the covered parking to keep the car a bit cooler. She had plenty of recommendations in her host book and we found a bike trail in one of the Phoenix pamphlets she keeps on site. Wished the pool was in better condition but we paid for a day pass to the Lylo Pool Club at the Rise Boutique Hotel for a cool down.

The property was clean and was exactly as described on VRBO. The location was convenient and there are a number of good restaurants close by. Location is pretty central with shopping, hiking, the zoo and the botanic gardens within 15-20 minutes. Our host was very responsive and checked with us several times by text. Overall a great find!

It was great. Clean, quiet, great location, and full of the things I appreciate for a stay. I actually commented to my family that if I were to ever run a rental, that is how I would want to run it. I would highly recommend it for any stay.

All good until it was very bad

We stayed here for a few weeks after selling our Phoenix home and before leaving the country for our new home. The space was fine and comfy, though the gray floors hid some dirt that we had to clean. We were also a little surprised to learn after we booked that our host, Denise, offers no cleaning services during a multi-week stay, but we didn’t complain and cleaned the place ourselves. The pool for the complex isn’t used much because it’s not clean. Nonetheless, all was good and our host was pleasant. After we departed, however, Denise demanded additional payments claiming we had left soiled bedding. (We did not.) She quickly turned nasty and we had to get VRBO involved. We’ve stayed in dozens of STR units and NEVER had a problem until now. We won’t be staying with Denise again—and suggest that you don’t, either.

Great Stay

The property was very accurately described as clean, quiet and close to everything. It did not fail on any of those counts. The host Denise, provided very timely and detailed information with exceptional followup. 5 stars all around on this one and will look forward to staying here again if we find it available.

Family Vacation

First word that comes to mind…amazing!!!The condo was spotless. It has modern finishes and decor, comfortable beds and furniture, excellent location to get you to all the places in and around Phoenix. Small details such as hand soap in the bathrooms, surplus of towels, recommendations of restaurants…all wonderful touches that made our stay special! Top notch host and condo!!! My family and I can’t wait to return. Recommending to all our friends and family!

Great stay

This property is conveniently located, with grocery stores, gyms, and restaurants nearby. Quick drive to the Phoenix airport. This is an excellent property for a family. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. The host was very helpful! We would stay here again.

Great little condo

This place was immaculate. Nice updated condo. We stayed here for a triple crown spring training baseball tournament. We were within 30 minutes of every ballpark we played at. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby. We will stay here again. Thanks so much.

Excellent property & terrific location

This property is wonderfully cared for and has all the details you could want in the kitchen, bedrooms, etc. I was particularly impressed with the little things, like a kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies, charging ports throughout, a helpful binder of menus for nearby restaurants, and attractive decor - this owner definitely took time to make the experience smooth whether you are staying in or on the go. We will return again!

Cute place

The owner communication is top notch (she's so nice!). The unit itself is adorable and fit our needs perfectly. Where a star drops for us is the pool and the neighborhood. My husband and son said the pool was either stained/really old or not very clean so we opted not to try it out. The complex is on the older side and the neighborhood is what I would call "in transition" because it closely borders some areas that we didn't feel 100% comfortable in. OBVIOUSLY, both of those things are beyond the owner's control and the only reason I bring them up is because I think if those things matter to you, you should know about them. Still, we had everything we needed inside the unit including nice touches like good toilet paper (hey, I know you know what I mean!), clear instructions, comfy beds, and modern decor. Again, I want to reiterate what a wonderful host the owner is. Thanks for making our stay so easy!

Location was central to highway system to view AZ during our stay. Grounds were well maintained. Pictures advertising the interior were authentic to the actual space. Our host was very helpful in places to eat, church location, sites to see while in AZ- THANK YOU!!!

My husband, my teenage daughter, and I rented this VRBO for two weeks after moving to Phoenix while we looked for a rental house. This condo is so well-organized and comfortable, we wished we could have made it our long-term rental. The owner is very responsive. Its location is very convenient to everything.
