THe location of the keys is terrible, I had to bend way down in a dark parking garage, behind a truck parked very close, then find the right locked box of 10 or 15 chained together at the bottom of the wall, then try to put in the right combination on a small box. This was a really bad spot to keep the keys. you need to work with the property owner to get a wall mounted locker installed. WOrst part was, when I was finally able to open the box it was empty. Luckily the cleaning girls showed up while I was there and gave me the key.

The amenities were amazing, especially the pool and gym. However, the unit was underwhelming. Only 2 pillows and 2 towels total for our entire stay and the AC did not work for 2/3 nights until it was finally fixed on the last day. I would recommend making sure it works before having guests and making sure people have appropriate pillow allocation. Thank you and good day.
