Amerete il mio posto, perché è una casa splendidamente ristrutturato! Cucina gourmet con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, ripiani in granito, illuminazione ambientale, e bar per la colazione. Nuovo tappeto e piastrelle. Un bel televisore che ha un account Netflix già collegato a godere. Grandi porte francesi si aprono al vostro ampio cortile con alberi. patio coperto con un bel tavolo. 2 capannoni di stoccaggio nel cortile sul retro. Tutta la casa è accessibile per i nostri ospiti. Nelle vicinanze Paradise Valley Mall, ristoranti, parchi, musei, chiesa, ospedale (Mayo Clinic & ospedale PV), e 51 autostrada. vicini amichevoli, ambiente tranquillo, e il sistema di allarme di sicurezza è set-up in casa per il comfort e la sicurezza.

NOT A 5 BEDROOM! FILTHY HOUSE!!

House was filthy, front yard and back yard had trash everywhere, I rented the home to have a small babyshower, myself and family members spent alot of time cleaning up , when I messaged the property manager I received no response, the plumbing in 1 of the bathrooms was completely clogged tub,sink and toilet! I messaged her again still no response! Walls throughout are filthy, broken outdoor lights, fridge inside and out had broken pieces main thing is its advertised as a 5 bedroom? There are 3 full bedrooms and a room with a curtain? The curtain doesn't even reach the floor the window in the room facing the street doesn't have a curtain so there's absolutely NO Privacy! The couch in the livingroom is completely broken and sunk in you can't sit on it at all. There was so many dried up weeds in the backyard we actually had to pull them cause it was a eyesore and in the way of tables that we wanted to place there, there was also alot of old dried up bricks that were thrown all over the yard we had to move. The only plus was that the yard was a decent size .

Not at all what we were expecting

Upon arrival we were greeted with a full trash can with extra bags. Had no code to get into property and had to contact the property owner. She was fairly quick into setting the code. As we entered the residence the home was not what we saw in the posting. The home was not clean to our expectations. Owner also mentioned there was a family there for a month and had left that morning. It definitely showed and I’m not sure who cleaned or if the sheets were cleaned prior to the arrival. There is mold in the guest bathroom shower. There were absolutely no trash bags, paper towels and only 1 roll of toilet paper. We immediately headed to the store to grab the items we needed. Absolutely unacceptable!!! The only reason we stayed cause we had paid a ridiculous amount for a 2 night stay and couldn’t get 4 rooms in a hotel. I haven’t begun to describe the unsafe conditions as in there was 1 fire alarm in this 4 bedroom home. Fire extinguisher was expired by 2 years. The furniture was uncomfortable and decrepit. I expect a resolution to this problem.

Not a 5 bedroom house

This is a three bedroom house. The fourth room does not have a door. The kitchen comes with only a 5 cup coffee pot. It also does not have a cutting board or pot holders. The dining room table is not very functional. It has multiple levels that make family dinners and game playing difficult. The house needs a good cleaning the floors both carpet and tile were dirty. The glass tables needed dusting. Whoever is cleaning this house is not doing a good job. We vacuumed and dusted because it was so bad. You need to bring your own wash clothes as none were provided. We eventually found some (not many) in the dryer. The house did have the amount of beds that we required. It was large enough for our family of ten and the price of the house was reasonable. The house met our needs and was better than staying at a hotel.

It was better then staying at a hotel as the price was great.

This home was in a good location for us to get to Reach 11 soccer field complex and other locations.  The home could use a deep cleaning and the yard needs  TLC.  Also,  plenty of beds to sleep in, but one room could use a door for privacy.   The owner would benefit from investing in a better water heater.  Most guests did not get the opportunity to take a hot shower.  Most showers were luke warm or cold and it was not due to taking long showers.    One of the bathroom sinks drained slowly.   If you use more than two trashbags, you need to buy or bring your own. The home has a lot of potential, but just needs some TLC.

House did not accommodate 10 Adults for three night stay. There weren’t enough bath towels ran out of bath tissue. Not enough hot water for everyone to shower! Not enough furniture for everyone to sit. Plenty of beds and space in each bedroom.

Ok, but lacking

Neighborhood seems a little dirty. The hot water tank is too small for 6 people. There is not enough furniture for people to sit on inside the house. The BBQ and table outside was filthy and dirty. Foozball had no ball. Could use more linen and towels for 6 people
