Please read the entire description as we try to answer the most common questions we get from guests.

This listing is for the entire home including the backyard with pool (no heating available) and patio and balcony areas with seating. The home is 2450 square feet and all the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. There is garage parking for up to 3 cars. There are no trailer, camper or RV parking accommodations available.

SLEEPING AREAS:
Master bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bathroom
Guest bedroom #1 with a Queen bed
Guest bedroom #2 with a Full bed
Guest bedroom #3 with a Twin bed
Additional sleeping in common area (full size futon)

COMMON AREAS:
There is a large open kitchen with bar counter and attached dining room and living room. A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.

(Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)

Garage can accommodate 3 vehicles.

PETS: 
Please let us know if you have pets as only 1 dog is welcome to stay here. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned you may need to purchase some of these items.

When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.

LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events. 

If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on, and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.

Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed.
*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.
*Property vendors (pool, landscape, pest control, etc.) may access the grounds up to once/week and have access to the back yard. 
* 1 dog only for additional fee

Guest Access:
Groups will have access to all areas of the home and backyard. The pool is private and the backyard is fenced in. Pool vendors, landscaping and pest control service the home weekly, and monthly. They do have access to the backyard and this may occur during your stay.

This home is located in the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix, Arizona, United States.

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. By car, we are 20 minutes to many popular destinations. Feel free to ask about distances, and we will let you know average drive times.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning

Great emergency stay for a local family

We’re a local family that had to take an emergency staycation to allow some repairs home. Loved this property, the neighborhood, the garden where my kids found an orphaned quail that we took to a wildlife sanctuary. Great lighting in the home and very nicely equipped. Thank you for a great stay.

Clean Home with Potential, but Major Comfort Issues

This was by far the worst rental experience we’ve ever had — and it came during an already difficult time for our family. We were in town for a child relative’s funeral and had neither the time nor the energy to deal with a property that failed to deliver even basic promised amenities.The home itself was very clean and had a lot of potential. However, upon arrival, we found that the air-conditioning was not working, the provided Wi-Fi network was not available, and the bedroom ceiling fan was broken. The bedroom curtains were sheer, allowing full daylight into the room and offering no privacy.Despite our circumstances, we spent over three hours working with the property manager to troubleshoot the issues, even offering to still pay for one night as a compromise. After two hours, they discovered they had been providing the wrong Wi-Fi network information, which we were finally able to correct. However, the air-conditioning was never resolved.Given the heat and lack of working A/C the home was not gonna work, and we had no choice but to leave and secure alternative accommodations at our own expense. Unfortunately, the host was not willing to refund.While the property has potential and could be a nice stay if these issues were addressed, based on our experience, we cannot recommend it. Future guests should be aware that important amenities may not function as advertised, and management was unwilling to make things right even under very difficult personal circumstances.
