Cozy 2 bedroom condo located within 5 minutes drive to fashion square and old town scottsdale. 15 minutes drive from the airport and close to the 101 freeway. Pool and jacuzzi right outside of the condo, grilling area as well as tennis courts and and exercise room. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in this condo, with a queen size sleeper couch. Laundry is located in the building, there is one reserved parking space as well

The grounds and location are excellent. Nice pool, fitness center (with the exception of no anti-backhoes for the equipment and no soap or paper towels in the fitness center bathrooms . Here are the negatives about staying in the condo itself. No hot water coming from the kitchen faucets which is a health concern. We had to boil water to wash dishes and could not use the dishwasher since there is no hot water to sanitize the dishes. The property owner did not offer to send a plumber out and was disinterested in our health concerns. The light fixtures over the dining table had 2 of the 4 bulbs burnt out; the same problem with the light fixture in the living room two out of 4 burnt out. Again no offer of help or concern with the exception of “I’ll look into it”. Never called us back with a plan.The mattresses are comfortable. The furniture is college frat house . So if you are looking for a good location and plan to spend almost all your time outside in the community area with pool, tennis , and fitness center, going to spring training stadiums, old town restaurants etc then, yes, stay here for the low cost . It is quintessential “ you get what you pay for and your host doesn’t care a lick”

Good location. Only a few minute drive to Old Town. Good value. Only one towel for each bathroom so not ideal for a multiple night stay. Also had a weird smell in the kitchen but wasn't there much as we were out doing things so ok for the money.

My host was very prompt in response to any question or concern and the place was exactly as described and was right where we needed to be for our activities. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again if in Scottsdale. Quiet complex, clean and well taken care of.

Host was very communicative which we appreciated. We let him know about the cleaning concerns we had. Just think the cleaning crew can do a better job. Also, a safety factor of the smoke alarm was missing.

April 2025 Stay with friends

We had a good stay. We were glad the unit was on the ground floor. Parking was a bit of a walk from the unit. It was very quiet even though it is right next to the pool.There were a couple of minor issues with the host due to lack of information up front that would have been helpful. I let Alex know about what we would have appreciated knowing up front to make finding the unit and parking easier. I think these issues will be taken care of with others going forward. I would definitely recommend this unit and this host.

Quick 3 night stay in Scottsdale

We found the unit was as advertisedAnd we would consider to return to it. The location ext to the pool made for good entertainment. The unit’s 2 br 2 bathroom set up gave everyone their space.

Great Scottsdale Location

Very nice, comfortable condo in central Scottsdale. Near the ballpark, restaurants and shops! Two bedroom, two baths plus a sofa bed! Pool, bbq! Great communications by the owner. Shaded parking spot kept our car cool in the warm AZ weather. Loved it!!

Great Value

This unit was very clean with updated appliances. The host was most accommodating to us and quick to respond. The property included a nice swimming pool and hot tub along with two really nice grills. I would definitely stay here again!

Five days in a cozy unit ?

Host was amazing communicating in a timing manner! However the unit it self was not very clean. All floors and shower doors look like they haven't been clean in months. The patio has a brick wall around it and hasn't been clean either! The complex itself was run down! Scottsdale didn't disappoint!. Beautiful weather in February!

This property is definitely not one of the better places I have rented in the area. The buildings are older and somewhat dated. You can see light around the entrance door at night. Weekend stay

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and is in a great location. Host was very accomadating. My only suggestion I would have is for the host to let future guests know the condo number and share wifi password. Will absolutely recommend this property

Scottsdale near Old Town

Although this property was much older and in a busier area than expected, there was a lot of lush landscaping to brighten up the outside common spaces. The unit could have been cleaner and better equipped but overall worked fine for a short stay. The location is convenient to many area destinations.
