On the surface, overall nice looking unit and apartment complex. However, there were issues not apparent in the online advertising:
Small stucco/cement cove balcony looks to busy, loud interstate and the two chairs provided are low so you’re looking at the wall👎. Not user friendly but at least a place to hang wet swimsuits.
Bedroom windows also face interstate and not well sealed so allow bugs and noise in👎 But the windows do let in nice daylight 👍.
The bathroom has a musty/urine odor👎that we tried to clean and deodorize to no avail. We think it might stem from underlying moisture problems because there’s rotting at the bottom of the trim boards in the corner of bath and common wall of adjacent bedroom. The bathroom did have nice counter/cabinet space and mirror👍.
The kitchen is small but efficient 👍. However, if you open the dishwasher there’s a bad odor that fills that small space👎. We tried running it and washing the filter but it didn’t help.
There was supposed to be WiFi but after connecting per instructions, all our devices said no internet connection👎. After a couple days of communication with Cozy Suites and no results, we located the modem and rebooted it ourselves so for 3 of 5 days had WiFi. We informed CS how to instruct future guests on this.
The unit had a clean appearance, but we all noted our socks and/or feet bottoms were almost black👎.
The complex had 3 nice looking (cold) pools, game room and lounge/play spaces👍 but needed cleaning.
