The Space:

Welcome to your Scottsdale mountain-view retreat featuring a heated pool, spa, saloon-style game lounge, and over 4,000 square feet of rustic desert living. Framed by panoramic mountain vistas and designed for memorable group stays, this expansive estate blends warm Southwestern textures with comfortable gathering spaces—perfect for family vacations, golf trips, and multi-generational getaways.



Inside, the home opens to soaring vaulted ceilings, travertine floors, and a bright great room filled with natural light. The main living space invites everyone to gather with an oversized sectional, accent seating, a 70” Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace for relaxed evenings together.



The adjacent dining area seats up to fourteen guests, creating the perfect setting for shared meals, celebrations, or private chef dinners. Additional seating at the pub table and kitchen island makes it easy for the group to spread out while still staying connected.



The chef’s kitchen blends rustic character with modern functionality, featuring granite counters, dual ovens, premium appliances, and a large prep island with seating. A walk-in pantry provides extra storage and convenience for longer stays.



For entertainment, the home features a private Saloon Lounge designed for fun and friendly competition. Guests can enjoy a red-felt pool table, shuffleboard, darts, and arcade games—creating the perfect late-night hangout space.



Sleeping accommodations are thoughtfully divided between two private wings, allowing guests to enjoy both connection and privacy.



The West Wing offers three inviting guest suites with rustic charm. One king suite includes courtyard access, while a queen suite opens to a private patio. A third guest room includes a queen bed with a twin-over-full bunk—ideal for families. These rooms share a well-appointed bathroom and also enjoy access to a unique outdoor stone shower that captures the spirit of desert living.



Across the home, the East Wing hosts the expansive primary suite, featuring a king bed, sitting area with fireplace, private patio access overlooking the mountains, and a spa-style bathroom with soaking tub, tiled shower, and large walk-in closet.



Step outside and the property transforms into a private mountain-view desert retreat. Multiple tiered patios provide incredible vantage points for Arizona sunsets and star-filled nights.



The outdoor living spaces include a fire table lounge with a mounted 70” TV, a built-in BBQ island for outdoor dining, and a rustic stone picnic table perfect for group meals.

Nestled in the shadows of the Rio Verde Foothills about 35-40 minutes from Downtown Scottsdale and 20 or so minutes from Scottsdale at the 101 near Frank LLoyd Wright, Westworld & the TPC.



Troon North to the West and Trilogy to the East for golf lovers, and Granite Mountain Trailhead to the North and Tom's Thumb to the South for hiking lovers.



Other Things to Note:

This home features a private, heated swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.



A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes.



The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
