Desert Getaway in North Scottsdale! Heated Pool, Billiards, Cornhole!

Welcome to our "Desert Day Off" Getaway home in Scottsdale! This home is located in the heart of North Scottsdale, just an 8 minute drive from Desert Ridge, Kierland Commons, and TPC Scottsdale. 10 miles from historic Old Town Scottsdale. Whether you're in town for business, visiting for golf and site seeing, or just need a staycation, our home will welcome you!

When you enter the front, you're greeted to a large open floor plan and a foyer with a bar cart and relaxation area. The office den has a full size desk with a desk chair, monitor, keyboard and mouse in case any work needs to be done. The dining room features an 8 foot long table that's perfect for a large gatherings. In the kitchen you'll find new appliances and beautiful white granite counter tops. The entertainment room boasts a billiards table, large seating area around the TV, and 270 degree windows facing the backyard! The three bedrooms are down the hall and detached from the entertainment family rooms which allow for privacy and quite. You'll enjoy a guest bedroom with it's own TV, a second larger twin bedroom, and a bathroom with updated finishes. The master suite can also be found boasting a walk in closet, vanity with mirror, spacious master bathroom, and backyard access. Out in the backyard you'll enjoy almost a half acre of space!!! A large pool with picturesque palm trees, pool side recliners, a barbeque and a large turf area with cornhole. Our home is stocked with everything you'll need so bring your friends and family and enjoy it!

Bedroom 3/Office Den: Pull out bed (with memory foam mattress pad)

Pool can be heated if requested, $55/night charge.

Guest Access:
Guests will be provided an entry code that will remain for the entirety of the stay. We just ask that the two side gates are kept closed at all time, and the garage should remain locked.

The Perfect Place!

This home was everything we'd anticipated & more! The only issue we had was our loss of use of the pool for a couple of days after a monsoon came through. This was not at all the fault of the owners, who were great at working through this issue with us. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Great Location, nicely renovated!

We had 2 families of 4 and the house was a perfect size. Enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive. Would recommend and stay again. Love the convenience of the location too.

Fantastic Stay, Would Rent Again

This was a fantastic property to stay at with plenty of room for our family of 6 to enjoy together without feeling like we were cramped in each other’s space (husband/wife, mother-in-law, 3 teens). The owner was kind, helpful as needed and very responsive via messages. We would not hesitate to rent this property again as it more than met our needs comfortably! The private pool was great fun for all, we were close to most activities we chose to do and always felt safe and comfortable staying here. The main road on the other side of the back yard did not interfere with outdoor conversations or privacy and we seldom heard traffic when inside. Our hope is to be able to afford another stay here in the future as we would not hesitate to rent again. Thank you for sharing your home and allowing us a much needed and enjoyable getaway!

Delightful Property!

This property is a must-stay! Great location for everything and although it backs up to a main street, noise is not an issue. Plenty of driveway parking with sensor lighting and easy keyless entry at front door. Large open floor plan of front sitting area, office, kitchen and dining room. Kitchen with all new appliances, toaster, coffee pot, Ninja. Limited glassware/dishware/cookware but easy to work around that! A raised bar allows for additional seating. Laundry room off kitchen, very clean and well stocked. The step-down 'family/game room' is where to spend time. Plentiful windows to allow the natural lighting of the wonderful AZ sunshine with pull down shades for temp control. Comfortable seating for watching the Smart TV or the action at the pool table. Access to the large backyard, pool with lounge chairs and covered patio with dining table, chairs and new propane grill is through this room or master bedroom. Two guest rooms share a bath (tub with shower) while master has an en suite double sink with walk-in shower. One guest room with Smart TV. All mattresses memory foam. Plenty of closet space. Ceiling fans throughout the home. No garage access. House floorplan flows very well and this rental sits on a large lot. The home is very clean and welcoming. Communication with Alexander was simple and prompt. As the first renters of this property, we should not be the last! We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. We will return to this property without hesitation. Book now as it will quickly become a favorite for all!
