The Space:

This spacious home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms including a 2 King master bedrooms and a bedroom with Bunk Beds. Relax and recharge in the sparkling pool. This home also features a fully-equipped and open-concept kitchen with a large living room and dining table well-suited for all families and large groups!



Outside you will find an additional lounge area for dining or cocktails and a scenic backyard with lush desert landscaping including a garden lights, barbecue grill, and more. Guest Access:

⏰ For Early Check-in and Late Check-out Request;

Please reach out to check for availability and approval. We require all properties pre-inspected after housekeeping before check-in. If you arrive before the inspection is completed, please let us know if you’d prefer the inspector to leave upon your arrival or if you’d like to request that they vacate.



⏰ Late Check-Out Without Approval;

There is a $50 late checkout fee if you are at the property more than 30 minutes after the 10AM standard checkout time.

Quiet neighborhood located in Phoenix with beautiful mountain views. The neighbors are awesome so please be respectful of them during your stay.

City Ordinances: All Phoenix laws must be followed during your stay.

Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM

Maintenance: Landscaping and pool service 1–2 times/week; exact timing cannot be guaranteed.

No smoking indoors ($1,000 fee if violated)

No parties/events (Strictly enforced)



Pet & Storage Policy:

Pets are Allowed with a fee of $150 each (Maximum of 2 pets)

Certain cabinets are locked for owner supplies; tampering results in a $1,000 fee. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.



Pool equipment: Do not touch pool equipment or remove the pool vacuum ($500 minimum fee for damage).
