Cute and so comfortable! This 1,782 sq. ft. single story home is in the perfect location. 2 homes down from a big park with play area, volleyball court, and basketball court. BBQ in the backyard or just relax under the covered patio. Perfect location in Desert Ridge with easy access to 101 and 51 freeways. Super convenient with lots of restaurants and shopping just minutes away! There is a security system attached to this home, but no monitoring. Please send me a message if you'd like more details.

October retreat

Our second time at this home. Just as wonderful as the first time. Quiet area with easy access to freeways. Love the garage. The only complaint was several glasses and some silverware were put away unwashed.

Fantastic Rental, Great Location

We needed a place to stay and quickly as we had to be out of our house for a move out of State. Amie responded quickly and the house was way better than we expected when we arrived. The house is beautifully appointed, clean very comfortable and extremely well located to get to anywhere in the Valley of the sun. We will definitely rent this place again when we come back to visit. Our hostess was the best. She was beyond accommodating for our special needs during our stay. She was very helpful with questions about the area, such as places to visit. There is no question. Great rental!

This house is in a beautiful neighborhood, is very clean and has everything you could possibly need. Will definitely stay here again. I’m taking classes for my job, and the office/study was perfect for me to do my studies while also being able to enjoy time with my Arizona family. Felt like home.

Great Place with Awesome Location

Very clean with a nice back yard and well equipped kitchen. Two living rooms, both with TVs. Beds were very comfortable. Nice greenway to walk dogs through, just steps outside the door. Electric car charger in garage. Would definitely stay there again. Very close to good restaurants.
