Enjoy full private access (excludes garage access and one owner's closet) to the home and property with easy self check-in using your personalized keypad code.

Because the home is located in the desert, evenings can get very dark. Guests arriving after sunset may want to use their phone flashlight for easier navigation when entering the property.

Our goal is to establish clear, shared expectations so every guest can enjoy a successful, comfortable, and peaceful stay. With that in mind, we provide detailed information to address questions and situations that may arise during your visit.

We want our guests to feel at home while also treating the property with the same care and respect they would their own. As a small, locally operated business, we genuinely appreciate our guests and strive to continue welcoming respectful travelers who value and care for the homes they enjoy.

Our guidelines are intended to create clarity, prevent misunderstandings, and help ensure a positive experience for both our guests and our homeowners.

CAMERAS: Exterior security cameras monitor the front exterior only for safety and occupancy compliance.

PESTS HAPPEN: Reptiles, insects, and other wildlife are a natural part of the Sonoran Desert. The property is located in a rural area with neighboring livestock, including horses used for tourist horseback riding. We take preventative measures and maintain regular professional pest-control service; however, due to the desert environment, we cannot guarantee that guests will not encounter insects, reptiles, or other wildlife during your stay.

DARK SKIES: Goldfield 360 is located in a dark skies' community; perfect for stargazing.

CONSERVATION: Water conservation is appreciated, as the property operates on septic and hauled water. Additional water during your stay outside of normal refill schedules may be requested at guest’s expense.

SUPPLIES: We stock consumable items, such as toilet paper, some cooking spices, laundry detergent etc to help make your stay successful. Any excess to what’s left out during your stay is the guest’s responsibility to provide.

THERMOSTAT: Large windows and Arizona heat may warm the home seasonally, and thermostat unit has a locked minimum temperature limit to preserve the efficiency of the unit and guest safety. To note, AC units are only designed to cool 20 degrees from the outside temperatures.

PROPANE: We attempt to ensure propane in the firepit, but it is not guaranteed. There are nearby stores and gas stations to exchange tank if needed.

HOT TUB: The hot tub receives regularly scheduled weekly professional maintenance. Guests must keep the cover securely closed and latched when not in use to help prevent dust, debris, and desert elements from entering the water. The hot tub is preset to an optimal temperature but may be adjusted lower by guests. Please note that the hot tub does not have a cooling function. Lowering the temperature setting will not actively cool the water, and it may take considerable time for the water temperature to decrease, particularly during warmer weather.

ANIMALS: No pets or animals are permitted on the property, including service animals and emotional support animals. The owners personally use the property and have severe animal allergies; therefore, the property cannot safely accommodate animals. There is a penalty fee of $100 if evidence of an animal onsite is found.

NO SMOKING: There is a penalty fee of $500 if evidence of smoking onsite is found.

OUTDOOR FURNITURE: Outdoor furniture may be covered to protect them from the AZ weather. Please feel free to remove the covers and store the covers in the storage bins on the patio. If you use any umbrellas, please close and tie. The wind can and will carry loose items away!

GARAGES: Detached work garage and attached garage will not be available for guest use. Occasionally our team will need access to the detached garage. They do not interact with the guests nor enter in the house during your stay.

AMAZON OR OTHER DELIVERY PACKAGES: Please note on delivery instructions to deliver to the front porch. Guests do not have access to the property mailbox.

RV PARKING: 30/50-amp RV hookups are available for an extra charge.

LONG TERM STAYS: For stays over 30 days +, utility usage caps apply for the entire stay.

EXTRAS: Please inquire in advance regarding small gatherings and/or professional photoshoots. There is a penalty fee of $500 if evidence of a gathering without prior approval.

DAMAGE OR EXCESS CLEANING: We ask guests to report any damage immediately. The guest may be financially responsible for any guest damage that occurred during your stay at the owner’s discretion if it was determined to be the result of misuse by the guest. If checkout instructions or hot tub care are ignored and it results in extra cleaning fees, the guest may be financially responsible.

TRASH CAN: The collection trash can is located halfway up the driveway. Please do not move it as our trash service will not empty it.

QUIET ENJOYMENT & SERVICE REQUESTS: We want all guests to enjoy the property and amenities with minimal disruption during their stay. Routine maintenance and non-emergency service visits are therefore limited to scheduled times whenever possible. Non-emergency requests may be addressed during normal service hours or after checkout, at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline or postpone service calls for issues that do not affect the safety, habitability, or essential function of the property.

If a guest requests an emergency or after-hours service call and our service provider determines that the issue was non-emergency, guest-caused, or could reasonably have waited until the next scheduled service time, the guest may be financially responsible for the applicable service-call fee.

Refunds, credits, or other compensation are not provided solely based on a guest’s subjective assessment or for concerns that cannot be independently verified. When appropriate, we reserve the right to have our team, or a qualified service provider inspect and evaluate the concern and determine whether corrective action is necessary or compensation is warranted.
