  • A zen desert oasis awaits at this artful home featuring an opulent outdoor entertaining space - complete with a private pool (equipped with a diving board and slide) paired with views of the Piestewa Peak in the Phoenix Mountains Preserve! Enjoy a superb location on a quiet cul-de-sac and within easy walking distance from a variety of dining and shopping options. You're also situated close to scenic hiking trails and all the action in Old Town.

    Sunbathe on lounge chairs between refreshing swims in your ultra-private backyard, bordered by tall palms and fruit trees. Peruse a collection of yard games (including Spike-ball, Giant Jenga, Hook & Ring, and Pétanque) for some fun family competitions. There's also a geometric dome climber - great for those traveling with children. Listen to your favorite playlist using the indoor/outdoor Sonos sound system while you prepare meals poolside at the outdoor kitchen (equipped with a gas grill and sink). Gather around the shaded patio table and enjoy meals alfresco under the twinkling string lights. The wood-burning firepit is the perfect spot for roasting s'mores when the stars come out.

    The designer interior boasts two beautifully appointed living areas - one of which includes an office area with a desk (perfect for remote work or online school) while the other boasts The Frame TV. Home chefs will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and kitchen bar seating. Share special meals at the stylish dining room table, then kick back and stream TV shows. This family-friendly hideaway also includes a dartboard, room darkening shades and smart TVs in the bedrooms, central air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer. Kid-friendly extras include Legos, cards, board games, and cars.

Perfect for family

Amenitys were perfect. This place has it all! Comfortable beds and furnishings, clean pool, clean house, great party lights, full kitchen,great fridge. Cool decor. Everything u can imagine in the kitchen. Great ,location!

Amazing Home!

What an amazing home! From the warm inviting feel, updated furnishings and decorations made our stay feel like we were home. Pool and backyard were an oasis for the family to enjoy time and make great memories. We will be back!

Perfect Vacation House with private POOL

Welcome feeling when walking in the house. The house has been thoughtfully furnished and decorated (love the art). The beds are so comfortable. So much fun being here! We had a great time! Such a great house and large private back yard with amazing beautiful pool! Oh - and nice having a garage with opener to keep the car cool!

Quiet and Comfortable

The house was recently renovated and looked just like the listing. Beds and furnishings were comfortable and the house had everything we needed for our stay. The location was quiet and convenient to shopping and dining. We did have an issue checking in as the digital lock was broken, but the management company had someone to the house in about 20 minutes. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and relaxing with every comfort of home

"Zen away" is exactly how we felt each day we woke up in this home. The home is decorated in a simple and comfortable way and also does a great job of making the outdoors feel just as much a part of the home as the indoors. Every amenity was there and we could cook family meals and then go outside and play games in the backyard after. We loved the Mountain View from the little loveseat and the peace that the entire place provided. Also loved being able to walk to lunch and dinner and easy shopping. We will stay here again for sure!

Great Design and Location

The designer feel and the decor was amazing in this house! The backyard with the fruit trees was super cool. My kids absolutely loved picking and juicing the oranges every morning! I would stay at this house again but only in the warmer months and if there was a new property manager. When we got to the home, we couldn’t get in and had to wait on the phone for 20 minutes before they would tell me the code. They said I would be emailed information about the home and the code. It’s been 5 days and I still haven’t received it. We came in March and the pool can’t be heated (I found that out the week before we were arriving after calling twice about it) but we were still going to swim. The pool was very dirty and Vacasa said someone would be over to clean it, they never did. We still swam but it was a little gross. The pool would be great in the Summer/Fall months and I’m sure they clean it on a regular basis then. Vacasa gives you the bare minimum essentials (garbage bags, 4 laundry detergents, paper towels, toilet paper) so grab some at the store on your way if you’ll be there longer than 3 days. There were dirty towels left over in the hamper from the previous guests and a couple pieces of food on the floor but overall it was clean enough. The location and price really was great and the house was perfect for kids!
