Situata nel quartiere storico di Roosevelt, adiacente al centro di Phoenix, questa casa di oltre 100 anni mantiene il suo fascino e carattere storico senza compromettere qualità e comfort. Il feedback più popolare sentito è "adoro il posto", "estremamente pulito", "ottimo quartiere" e "posizione perfetta". La cucina è attrezzata per cucinare a pieno, comodi letti e cuscini e biancheria di dimensioni standard. Having had some pretty amazing VRBO stays in the past as well as previously being a VRBO host, this little place raises the bar on ALL fronts. Immaculately clean, stunningly furnished with countless creative, fun accents and offering every possible amenity and convenience - makeup removal towel, Charging hub with multiple cables…A COCKTAIL SHAKER ???- UNREAL!! This beautiful cottage was perfect in every way and impeccably curated by perhaps the most thoughtful VRBO host on earth.

Outstanding VRBO

The property was absolutely charming. The property manager ensured all of our needs were met. The location was close proximity to the expressway which allowed us to travel to and from our destinations with ease. There was seating on front porch as well as the backyard. The backyard was very inviting and we were able to have a cookout with our kids and some extended family. BBQ, a washer and dryer are all in/outside the unit. Beautifully furnished property as well. We would definitely choose this property again. Jeff was an amazing host. 5 stars.

Great house in a great location

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Casa Willetta. It’s comfortable and quiet. It’s easily walkable to food and drink. We had a great time and we would stay again in a heartbeat at this location.

Cozy and convenient

Property was very clean and user-friendly. Jeff was a great host and communicated very well. The property was right by the highway, so easy access to/from anywhere. We didn't realize it was a duplex, so we weren't sure we were at the right location at first, but figured it out by reviewing the listing. We highly recommend this VRBO for Phoenix travelers.

Desert oasis in the city

Beautiful, comfortable and convenient little house within walking distance to restaurants, parks and museums. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. My husband and I spent most of our week-long stay enjoying the hiking trails and loved coming “home” to this wonderful oasis. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Amazing Stay in Phoenix

My wife and I spent approximately 3 weeks at this property. The house was in fantastic shape and was the perfect size to meet our needs. The bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities are all great.The location of the property is spectacular on a beautiful street in a friendly neighbourhood. We walked everywhere including to a concert, Phoenix Suns game, multiple restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Jeff, the property manager responded to all of our inquiries promptly and professionally. We also did some exploring, hiking and biking around Phoenix and also out to Scottsdale, which is about 30 minutes away. Overall, the best rental experience we have ever had and we would recommend this location to others looking for good place to stay in downtown Phoenix.

Everything was wonderful and exactly as pictured. Jeff was a great host and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Nice perks we found on top of everything listed is the listing was the shower had great pressure for anyone with long hair and was tall enough to comfortably fit my 6’2” husband!

Outstanding Home Made For An Outstanding Trip

Not sure if my wife and I could have asked for anything more in a rental property. From the outstanding location just north of downtown Phoenix in a beautiful neighborhood, to a welcoming neighbor, to a thoroughly clean home, and every amenity one could wish for, this gem played a key role in making our trip one of the best we've ever taken. Communication with the host was easy. timely and highly informative (per my request, he provided a full list of local establishments to peruse for eating options). Keyless entry and driveway were bonuses, as was the beautiful back yard, equipped with a covered seating area, tables and chairs. We've utilized numerous VRBO properties for stays throughout the country, but this ranks as the best. We will use this property for all of our stays in Phoenix.

First time in Phoenix Arizona, I stumbled across this cozy one bedroom. First of all the accommodations were lovely& Charming I love the design of the place it was very clean it was accessible to everything downtown Phoenix the neighborhood was very nice& safe I could go on and on about this place ...I really did not want to leave. If you are going to Phoenix please look this place up it's very Charming and and the location was perfect, close to the freeway Downtown Phoenix shopping everything was less than 20 minutes away. I love the decor and I will be back. Awesome host!
