Great House is best Neighborhood close to Old Town

New Modern Scottsdale 4Br/3bath house. This home is minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale and features include beautiful backyard, *Heated pool with Spa, shaded patio lounge area, outdoor dining and fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Open space concepts home with plenty of room in the main room. Comfortable beds throughout including the en-suite master and brand new beds in every room. Close to the best shopping, dining and Nightlife. Perfect location for your Family.

Please read my updated Rules and Message me that you have read them before booking. We love being Short Term Rental hosts and want to continue to offer our home to everyone. We are no longer accepting Bachelor or Bachelorette bookings at the House. We want everyone to enjoy their stay but this is not a "Party House" if these are your plans please book a different house. This house is designed for Relaxing stays not large gatherings - Outdoor noise carries quickly in this neighborhood and must be kept to a minimum. I appreciate your consideration- I'm happy to answer any messages and take each request into considerations. I'm always available. This is a great house in a great Location, I self manage for the last 6 years and always try to be the best host and offer a great house with lots of amenities and keep fee's to a minimum. Early check-ins , late check-outs - We never charge extra.

The host was seriously the best!! Coffee pot broke so she paid for us to have coffee delivered. Then later that day she brought a new one WITH coffee. I forgot clothes and she mailed them back for me. She’s so attentive, quick, and overall amazing. The house was exactly what we expected from the description and pictures. Great location and would definitely go back!

This was one of the best stays I’ve had! The host was so quick and attentive to any needs and left the house so welcoming with little extras! The house is so fully equipped with anything you could need! I asked about the girl for my mom’s bday and she had it cleaned and even bought new accessories for it for us to use! The house was even better than the pictures it was so charming and spacious. All the bedrooms were great size and the master was anyone’s dream bedroom! The kitchen was so spacious with a huge island and the house is perfect for entertaining!! The backyard was paradise, so cute! The hot tub and pool was perfect and the temps for the water were so warm and we were even able to control from an app on our phone!!! I would stay at this place over and over and highly recommended!

They had everything we needed! Host was great at communicating before and during our stay. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing! She had floaties for the pool for us and games indoor and outdoor! Beds were pretty comfortable as well!
Rooms were so clean and cute!
We decorated but she had all the supplies like tape, scissors and balloon pump!

The house was beautiful but there were a few concerns…the bathroom sinks could use a thorough cleaning and the rugs could use a deep clean. I kept tripping over the rug in the primary bedroom because it was curled up. Other than that we were completely satisfied.

Everything about our stay was great. The house had everything we needed (the toys for the kids was a huge added bonus!) and was well stocked with essentials for us. We stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was absolutely fantastic. The house, yard and pool exceeded our expectations. The house came equipped with everything we needed and more. Hosts were very responsive, helpful and accommodating. The location was unreal too! I would stay here again and would recommend my friends & family to stay here!

Great Property

Several of us were in Scottsdale for 4 days/3 nights visiting a friend who lives around the corner from this property. Place was exactly as listed. Modern/up to date, clean, spacious, plenty of amenities including cups, plates, extra towels, extra toiletries, iron/ironing board, pool with accessories, pool table, etc. Communication with host was timely and informative. The only minor (and I stress minor) drawback: the automatic ice-machine wasn't working (host acknowledged and informed they normally provide bags of ice, however, was apologetically out of town while we were staying at the property). Overall, I highly recommend booking this property and will again if needed in the future!

Great house and heated pool

We stayed here for almost a week on a family vacation with three kids (3, 8, and 10) and grandparents. All of us had a great time; the heated pool and hot tub were definitely the highlight of the house for us. The house had pretty much everything you could need during your stay. The owner was very responsive during our stay when we needed help turning on the pool heat. The house is in a very convenient location close to Old Town Scottsdale.

An incredible stay - this property had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend girl's trip. The rooms and living areas were very cozy, and the backyard/pool area was perfect for lounging and enjoying some much needed sunshine.The hosts responded to inquiries almost immediately and were very helpful throughout our stay. Excellent layout of home for 8 friends

the home had a great layout for friends (8 adults). We loved the pool and hot tub. Kitchen was great with good stock of herbs/spices and property manager provided a nice supply of bottled water and soda. Property manager was available to anseer questions. very good communication.

Wonderful home !

Three adults stayed here and three family members joined us during the day to enjoy the wonderful backyard space and pool. The house is large and spacious. We had plenty of household supplies. Owners were quuck to respond!

Wonderful house

This property is all it promises. Our family loved the pool and hot tub. We were close to so many things to do and still enjoyed making delicious meals in the kitchen. The house is laid out so well and is well stocked with what you need. Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable! The manager was very responsive to a couple of minor questions. Will definitely go back!

Close to everything

This property is as advertised. The location was important to us. It is close to major roads and highway in a quiet neighborhood. Everting about this experience was easy and straightforward. One of the nicest things was that the owner did not require a lot at the end of the stay. At another VRBO, we had to do the linens washing and other activities that made the end of stay frustrating. Thank you for the opportunity to stay.
