Welcome to your Scottsdale Home , Just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale's Top Restaurants, Nightlife and Top Golf Courses. This spacious 4-Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home offers perfect mix of style, comfort and convenience for groups and families. Step into modern Southwest retreat featuring open concept living room, extra room with pool table, Smart TV's throughout the house, and fully stocked kitchen with extra large backyard with Putting Green, Private outdoor kitchen with BBQ and Firepit!!!

Please read my updated Rules and Message me that you have read them before booking. We love being Short Term Rental hosts and want to continue to offer our home to everyone. We are no longer accepting Bachelor or Bachelorette bookings at the House. We want everyone to enjoy their stay but this is not a "Party House" if these are your plans please book a different house. This house is designed for Relaxing stays not large gatherings - Outdoor noise carries quickly in this neighborhood and must be kept to a minimum. I appreciate your consideration- I'm happy to answer any messages and take each request into considerations. I'm always available. This is a great house in a great Location, I self manage for the last 6 years and always try to be the best host and offer a great house with lots of amenities and keep fee's to a minimum. Free pool heating, early check-ins , late check-outs - We never charge extra.

Had a lovely stay. The house was very comfortable to be in, kitchen is well equipped and stocked with many extras, and enjoyed playing pool in the evening. One of the two principle suites was nicely separated from the other three bedrooms so great for extended family. The outdoor space is superb with pool, outdoor kitchen, firepit, putting green, lots of sun and shade options. Everything was clean and in good condition. Also a very convenient location. The hosts were great, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions.

We stayed here for a long weekend with a group of 8 (6 adults and two kids ages 11 and 13). It was a perfect spot for our family! Kitchen was well stocked, and we cooked several meals during our stay (using the outdoor kitchen too). Pool and putting green were a hit. Comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. Super responsive host. 5 friends stayed for a week. Great location in relation to old town and several ballparks. House is well stocked and spacious. Would love a blackstone in the back yard that way would not have to mess the kitchen up.

Escape the cold

Great baseball/golf escape.. Plenty of bed space and 3 nice big bathrooms made our stay very comfortable. Backyard space was perfect. Definitely will be back.

Well appointed & clean

Our stay was wonderful! The house was perfect for us, clean, well appointed, and very enjoyable! Backyard space was great—especially loved sitting around the fire pit, morning and evening! It was a nice quiet neighborhood but still close to Old town and Scottsdale activities.

another perfect stay!!!

This is our second stay at the property. We didn't even look at other properties when we were coming back to Phoenix to visit our daughter. It's a great location, great house and it couldn't be easier to work with the host. It's an updated house with everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. It has everything you need to make it a "fun" location - a pool, a putting course, a pool table and lots of board and other games. We will stay again!!!

Overall very good but a few minor things need some attention. Owner was quick to respond to our concerns. Would definitely stay here again the highlight is the resort like backyard. Lots of supplies for a group of seven. Location is very central.

Perfect getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Wonderful location that was close to Scottsdale and Phoenix. The property has it all - tasteful furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen for all of your needs, an outdoor kitchen to cookout, a beautiful backyard - with a pool, pool toys, yard games and a putting green, comfy beds and bathroom toiletries supplies. It’s been beautifully updated and renovated. We will absolutely stay again when we visit our daughter!

Spring Break Getaway

We had 2 families (4 adults, 4 children) staying at this property. We had a great time; the listing was accurate and the checkin process was seamless! The property was spacious enough to fit both families. The kids loved the outdoor space, specifically the pool. The location was convenient to the all the Phoenix attractions and airport.
