Bella, moderna, casa esecutiva di 4000 piedi quadrati situata nella rilassata comunità di Estrella Mountain Ranch, Goodyear. 5 camere da letto, 3 bagni completi per 10+ ospiti. La nostra casa si trova in una tranquilla strada senza uscita a pochi minuti dal lago nord e sud con un cortile paesaggistico professionale. Rilassati nella privacy della tua spa, piscina e oasi all'aperto. Nuovo layout del cortile per spazio extra!

La nostra bella casa spaziosa è progettata per il massimo comfort e divertimento. La cucina completamente attrezzata ha ripiani in granito, piano cottura a gas e molti armadi. L'enorme isola di granito vanta molto spazio per ospitare e ospitare ospiti aggiuntivi insieme a un tavolo da cucina che può ospitare 8 persone. C'è una segreteria integrata per mantenere in ordine tutti i tuoi eventi.

La grande sala scorre dalla cucina e comprende un camino a gas e un mini bar. Il mini bar è completamente fornito di lavandino, mini frigorifero, frullatore e bicchieri. Rilassati su comodi divani in pelle o sedie reclinabili e goditi l'HDTV da 75 pollici con DVR e il sistema audio Bose. Una grande porta scorrevole in vetro si apre per espandere il tuo divertimento all'aperto.

Se desideri un posto tranquillo, c'è un ampio soggiorno con soffitti a volta adiacente ad una sala da pranzo formale che può ospitare 10 persone. Accoglienti divani e sedie ti permetteranno di rilassarti con un libro o di conversare alla grande. Finestre di grandi dimensioni si affacciano sul tranquillo cortile. Aria condizionata, ventilatori a soffitto e persiane in legno in tutta la casa.

La disposizione della casa comprende 1 camera da letto matrimoniale al piano inferiore con bagno completo. Lavanderia con lavatrice / asciugatrice a carico frontale e un frigorifero aggiuntivo se è necessario ulteriore spazio per gli alimenti. Al piano superiore ci sono 4 ampie camere da letto, la suite principale ha un letto king size, TV HD da 46 pollici con lettore Blue Ray e finestre con vista. 2 grandi cabine armadio, doccia, vasca, WC, doppio lavabo. Questa master suite è abbastanza grande da ospitare tutta la tua famiglia!

Tutte le camere sono dotate di grandi cabine armadio, nuovi letti Sealy Posturepedic, coperte extra e ventilatori a soffitto. Un bagno al piano superiore ha doccia / vasca e doppio lavabo con asciugamani per ospitare tutte le altre camere da letto.

Se hai bisogno di spazio aggiuntivo, al piano superiore sono disponibili armadi con una doppia scrivania integrata dove i bambini possono uscire con i loro computer per giocare. WiFi è disponibile in tutta la casa. 3 box auto con apriporta garage fornito.

Il nostro cortile ha 3 spazi abitativi all'aperto che circondano la spa, la piscina e il camino a gas. La tua esperienza culinaria può essere al sole o all'ombra poiché il nostro cortile paesaggistico professionale è a terrazze con una riserva naturale dietro di noi. Tavolo in pietra per 6 ospita il sole del mattino o potresti preferire il patio coperto completo con tavolo da pranzo e tavolo da bistrot per ospitare 8. Rilassatevi su quattro sedie a sdraio e il suono della cascata che spruzza nella piscina. Galleggianti e asciugamani sono forniti. La griglia per barbecue di dimensioni standard, il bruciatore laterale e il contatore delle preparazioni offrono spazio mentre la tua famiglia si riunisce intorno alla buca della conversazione per rilassarsi. This is a very nice home in a beautiful area Southwest of Phoenix. It's spacious and inviting. We had some issues that had nothing to do with the house it's self. Just make sure to remind the host of your arrival the day before so the pool and spa will be ready and be mindful of the neighbors. Always take pics of any issues /damage to the place upon arrival to CYA. The house is amazing though!

We arrived to find the pool green and full of algae. Contacted the owner immediately and he sent in the pool company right away however it took 3 of the 4 days of our stay for the pool water to be clear. So we basically had no pool for our sun holiday. Owner gave us a partial refund. HOWEVER, we would have rather had a usable pool. The house was ok - good layout and well stocked kitchen. Could use some TLC...broken shelves in kitchen cabinets, furnishings a bit dated. Not sparkling clean. Can't recommend.

We rented this house for an event our company was hosting out in Buckeye. I truly wish we had more time to just lounge around the gorgeous, spacious house! It definitely exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to hopefully have the chance to stay again!

We have just spent 8 Day's at Dean's place for a Family get together, our group of 8 Adults had plenty of room as this house is quite spacious. The temperature was in the 90's everyday so most all of our time was spent in or around the heated pool which also has plenty of shade if needed. The neighborhood is super quiet and safe, we also enjoyed all of the walking paths daily. Thank you once again, we look forward to returning. MH, Battleground, WA

We rented this home for a family visit. The home was very clean and comfortable. The pool has an amazing waterfall feature we all loved. The pool could have been cleaned before we arrived as there was quite a bit of debris on the bottom. Other than that we throughly enjoyed the outdoors area. There are great nature trails for nice walks at the end of the street, which we enjoyed. The house backs up to a nature preserve giving the area privacy and beauty. We spotted lots of quail and hummingbirds. There is a shopping center nearby which made picking up groceries for our stay convenient. We made good memories from our stay!

This was a spacious, comfortable house for a family of 10. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was large and had everything we wanted or needed The kids loved the big pool and there was a wonderful in ground fire pit in the seating area by the pool to take the chill out of the air when the sun went down. We loved being away from the city lights so we could do a little star watching. The owner and property manager were readily available to help with any issues that came up.

The house is large and very comfortable and the backyard is a relaxing oasis. The neighborhood and community are friendly, inviting, and quiet. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this home to others. It was a wonderful vacation for our whole family.

The golf team has stayed at several VRBO properties throughout the season and over my 16 years as a division I men's golf team. This by far has been the team's favorite location we have stayed at. Our assistant coach said not to write too good of review because we didn't want someone to rent during our week! Plenty of room for the players upstairs and the en-suite bathroom downstairs is great for the coach. The outdoor space is awesome, grill, pool and spa (that works great and is hot!). The kitchen is well supplied with everything you need to prepare a meal for 10 or more and plenty of seating! Plenty of pots, pans and baking sheets. We have probably stayed at this property 5 or 6 years, the team was disappointed when I told them it was booked the week of our tournament in Goodyear, last year. As they always look forward to staying here, even though it is about 10 or 15 minutes farther away from course then staying at the host hotel. Anyone with teenagers knows they do not give up an extra 10 to 15 minutes of sleep easily, so that in itself should tell you how much they love this house! For me the best part of renting is the owner, communication is unbelievable, he gets back to you right away. The service light was on the heater for the spa (spa and heater was still working fine), we called just to let him know the light was on and service was probably coming up soon. He had someone out there to look at it the next day and by the time we got back from golf the light was off! Property is really close to Estrella Golf club, and short drive down to the Cincinnati Reds, spring training facility. There is also a great little park with a lake/pond that you can walk around and some trails too.

Enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and worked well for our family that had arrived to attend a wedding. We had 12 adults and everyone was very comfortable. There was enough space for family time as well as alone time. Nice to sit around the pool and sunbathe. We all wished that the spa worked and would heat up. Spending time in the spa was something we were all looking forward to to...so that was a bit of a letdown. The pool was also a bit dusty (as pools are in AZ during the spring to summer months) and dirty though we managed to still enjoy some pool time. Owner is very easy to work with and great at keeping in contact. Overall our whole group would recommend this property or even select to stay there in our own future trips to AZ.

I plan annual trips between Florida and Phoenix for a party of 7. This house had it all. The owner was timely in responding to the booking and any questions we had. The home was well appointed, beds comfortable, Kitchen had many newer appliances and cookery items you have at home. The home overall felt spa like and the pool was equally wonderful. Definitely a 5 star home. We will be back.

We loved renting this home for a week. It was close to Goodyear Ball park. The pool was clean and the fire pit was a favorite place to sit in the evenings. The walking path around the lake was easy to get to and was very pretty. The kitchen was well equipped! Our group had a great time in this lovely home.

This house is fantastic! With 5 bedrooms, there was plenty of space for our group of 12 to spread out. The kitchen is large and well-stocked with all cooking supplies and utensils. The kids loved swimming in the pool! Even though it was a little chilly outside, the pool heater kept the pool lovely. Dean is attentive to every detail and easily reachable with any questions. We would definitely rent this house again!!!!
