This place was perfect for our group of 10 adults! The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, cookery items for us prepare meals and spend time together in the dinning room and adjacent living room. It was extremely clean, and in a great location for us. We would stay there again.

Unfortunately the house had a bunch of mosquitoes and gnats. We have visited Arizona multiple times and have never experienced so many mosquitoes. Landon immediately doordashed two zevo lights and family safe bug spray and advised they had rain storms the past week that most likely brought out the mosquitoes. Sucks that they were in the house and we were all bit (profusely) by the end of the trip. Two bathrooms were not cleaned properly in that there was hair on the shower walls left from the previous renter. Landon offered to have someone clean it again during our stay but it was a weekend trip that time wise it didn’t make sense to. There were some lights in the kitchen and the hallway to the backyard that likely needs to be changed. Brought this up to Landon for future guests. The master bedroom bedding smelled like wet dog like it wasn’t dried properly or in a timely manner.Albeit there were plenty of golf balls, there was only one golf club. Another golf club would have been nice.Thanks Landon for allowing us to stay in your home. Don’t mean to sound like a pest on this review but I know you’re striving for a 5-star review and hopefully the next guests will experience that.

Very comfortable home.

Stayed for just a couple of days for daughter in law’s graduation. My son, DIL, grandson (4) and her mother and sister. Plenty of room, rooms are very large, nice beds and linens. We all slept well. Grandson stayed with me in room with queen and full bed. Very nice size. House was extremely clean and amenities in kitchen were great. Nice location for everything we were doing and easy to find. Parking was easy. Didn’t spend a lot of time in backyard, but it is very comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again and I’m very picky where I stay.

Great spot in Phoenix

We were in town for a tennis tournament. 4 members of our team stayed at the house. The beds were great and there was plenty of room and bathrooms for all. The back yard was so nice, a great place to relax after a day of tennis. Landon was very accomodating and responsive. I would stay here again.

perfect gathering

We had a wonderful stay. The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths made it perfect for our extended family. The pool and games and tvs were fun for the kids, and the well set-up rooms gave lots of space to chat.

Fantastic all around!!!

We were in town for our sons graduation from GCU. The location was perfect!! Within 15 min drive of everything we wanted and needed to do (airport, GCU campus, restaurants, pickleball at Encanto park!!) Our host - Landon - was super responsive and helpful. The house is gorgeous and well appointed. 4 big bedrooms indoors - and we rented the pool house with an extra bedroom as well. The outdoor space is where we spent most of our time. Loved it so much. Coffee in the Adirondacks … cold beverages around the pool. We will definitely be back! So happy we have another son at GCU who we will be trekking back to see! :)

Fabulous Stay

This house is the perfect gem for a quick getaway. We especially enjoyed the pool area and the constantly singing birds. We’ll definitely rent again if we’re in the area.

Touring and relaxing

This was a nice house to relax in between all the other activities we did. The backyard and jacuzzi were a treat after a day of running around. Access to many attractions was great with our rental car.

Great place to stay!

We were in town for just three nights and wanted a central base with a pool. This property fit the bill and we would definitely stay here again. Very clean and new. We used the pool everyday and the towels and hot tub were a nice touch. We enjoyed local Mexican and Thai restaurants and checked out the nearby Encanto park. 5 star 👍

Hottest week of the year and still had a good time

Weather was 115 degrees in July. Came in for a few days for a confrence, and the house was the perfect place to come back to and relax. The pool was the perfect place to relax, and the house had a ton of comfortable areas to sit and watch TV or just relax. House was clean and comfortable. Only 15 minutes from downtown Phoenix and all the sports venues.

The place is lovely! Very nice furniture, comfortable beds, and high end finishes. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located to everything and the home is nice and private. I would highly recommend! Landon and Kaitlin were always very prompt to respond and easy to communicate with. 👏🏼👏🏼😊

Simply wonderful

This house was wonderful inside and out. It was clean and well maintained. We had 3 kids with us ages 11, 13 and 14 and this place was perfect. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The pool and hot tub were used daily by all of us. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. They gave us some great restaurant suggestions. We were close to just about everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend this house and we all agreed next time we come to Spring Training we would stay at this house again.
