You’ll feel right at home in this clean and cozy condo. Fully-furnished with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Flat screen TVs with cable channels in the bedrooms and living room with wifi internet. Well-equipped kitchen with all new appliances; refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Located minutes away to restaurants, shopping malls, grocery stores and theaters. Property has a pool, barbecue area and nice landscaping. Reserved covered parking and guest parking too!. Start your day with complimentary coffee in this quiet and upscale neighborhood.

Don't feel like cooking, dozens of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Bring your toothbrush.....everything else is provided.

Convenient and Spacious

A co-worker and I shared the VRBO while we were in town for a conference. We each had our own bathroom! That's always a bonus. The living area was large enough for us to also host a meeting for our small team to gather and debrief at the end of the day. The host was in constant communication with us. The kitchen was supplied better than any other place I've used. They also provided coffee, which is always a bonus.

Lovely property

Really enjoyed my stay at this property. I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and I believe this may have been the best appointed. Seriously it had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Also, comfortable master bed bed, nice linens, plenty of towels and clean grounds. A nice quiet complex. I would stay here again.

Great Stay Arcadia Lite Verde Vista Condo

We stayed at this condo the first 2 weeks of February. The longer we stayed the more we realized just how great this property was. Excellent location relative to all of our points of interest between Phoenix and Scottsdale. The condo is very well appointed, super clean and everything in order with not a single issue during our stay. A very nice, spacious and well taken care of space. Abran was wonderful to work with, considerate and stocked all of the necessities and then some to make our stay very convenient. The laundry room is situated outside the unit, only a 30 second walk from the condo. We never had any conflict with getting our laundry done (coin operated, you will need quarters) - it all worked very well. The neighborhood is wonderful, safe, and great for walks any time of the day. Five stars in all aspects!

Stayed here while I moved my son into college. Was a great place to "call home" while we were in town. Clean, quiet, comfortable, good location. Very easy check in and check out process.

We were in Phoenix for a college graduation. Abran and Sally are wonderful, attentive hosts. Their place worked out perfectly for us. Well stocked with special snacks, clean and comfortable. We swam a bit, temps in the 90's, but the water was pretty cold!

Very Classy

This condo, is very comfortable, it has first class EVERYTHING! It is decorated beautifully, and we have enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood is very upscale, we have taken many walks through the blocks surrounding. There are several very good restaurants within walking distance. Also it is close to loads of shopping. The owner is a gem, she is so helpful and has made sure everything is in top notch shape. I highly recommend this condo!

Lovely property in safe area

The property was well stocked with everything that you would need for a long stay. Every room in the unit had good quality items that made it very cozy. The owner was very responsive and greeted us when we arrived inArizona with a gift card to a Local restaurant. She explained everything and showed us around.

We loved staying in this condo. Judy, the owner was wonderful to us and the location was great. I can't think of anything negative about this condo. The unit is close to the laundry, very quiet complex and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Thank you Judy for thinking of everything for a pleasant stay.

Judy has worked hard to make this place amazing!

I was commenting to my husband that you can definitely tell the difference between VRBO hosts that care, and those that don't. Judy cares!! Her rental was amazing... she thought of everything to make us feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen was probably my favorite - instead of a kitchen stocked by Ikea (ugh) she's got an awesome setup - nice pots and pans for cooking, all the cooking utensils I needed, cutlery, containers for storage, a nice coffee machine, the list goes on... you can just tell that Judy knows what's needed for a longer term stay (we were there for 5 weeks). Probably the BEST for us was her internet... oh my god! We work from home so fast internet is an absolute must... and Judy has spared no expense for her cable/internet. It was as fast as our former home, and that's hard to beat, since we usually pay for the top of the line. That in itself was VERY much appreciated. And there were two large desks/tables that we could use for our workspaces, which was awesome. The bedrooms were comfortable -- I loved that the master bedroom had a king bed (though it's a very soft one! I only mention that because I like hard beds) and plenty of closet / dresser space for us to unpack and spread out a bit. Bathrooms are nicely decorated with plush towels, nice fixtures, great shower... basically you can just really tell that Judy did an amazing job at renovating this place and furnished it nicely (as opposed to the place we're in now, where literally everything came from Ikea... ugh again). The location was PERFECT... walking distance to so many restaurants (can we say Postinos!) and so drivable to literally anywhere in the valley. It really was the perfect central location. The property was QUIET (which is another huge thing for us)... I would never have known that we were in an apartment complex... didn't hear anybody ever! And I loved that there was a pool when we wanted to cool off - just steps away! And yes, Judy did think ahead and provides guest beach towels. Amazing! Parking was plentiful and easy. The ooooooonly thing I didn't like was that there was no in-unit laundry. There is a laundry room just a few steps away that has coin machines, so you can still get the job done, just a little less conveniently. All in all, Judy's place has been our favorite VRBO that we've ever stayed in. Judy was easy to communicate with and very responsive, and very accommodating! I would definitely recommend her place to others!

The Best Stay We Could Have Hoped For

We loved everything about this stay. Right from the outset, Judy met us to give us a quick tour and we noticed all sorts of personal touches that were above and beyond what you might expect. She'd filled the K-cup dispenser with K-cups for our use, put out instructions for everything, left us with a guide book of area attractions and even gave us a welcome gift. The unit itself is great and everything is extremely comfortable, tastefully decorated and luxurious. It's also really, really quiet for being in a city, so we were able to relax, work, and have peace as needed. We were very comfortable. The neighborhood and complex is also great. There's a pool right outside, orange trees that are pleasant to look at (and also smell really good in the spring). The complex isn't crowded or overly busy and it's on a quiet street. But you've still got all kinds of restuarants and locations within relatively close walking distance if you want. We were there a month and enjoyed everything about our stay. We're thinking of coming back to the area in subsequent years and will definitely and happily stay here again, if it's available.

Amazing refreshing, rejuvinating stay

We enjoyed 14 days at Judy's property at the end of March, beginning of April after a horrific move of a fully furnished 5 bedroom home in California. We had little sleep before we caught our flight from San Francisco to Arizona. What a welcome sight to find Judy waiting for us at the property. She quickly explained a few things an left as she wanted us to get settled and begin resting. First let me say this is such an adorable and well appointed property. Judy has made sure that everything is at your fingertips literally. We settled in and finally began to feel human again after a few days. Even our little Yorkie (Pet Friendly) settled into a routine along with us. I had questions that did not pertain to the property and Judy would always promptly text me back with more than enough information. My house closes in May and I will be referring out of town guest to stay at this quiet, clean and home feeling rental. Thank you, thank you for your warm welcome and welcome basket at the property as well. You have done all to make your guest truly feel at home and we truly enjoyed our time as your guest. Great Central Location, Excellent Accomdations

We stayed at this condo for a couple of weeks during spring training season. It is perfectly located to get to several stadiums, plus close to Old Scottsdale, which we frequented for dinners. The condo is updated, clean and graciously outfitted with everything you need. Judy even added a special touch with a nice little gift basket upon our arrival. She was available for anything we needed or questions we had. We have stayed in several places over the years, and this was one of our favorites. We will definitely be back!!!

Nice place, well decorated. Everything was clean and well kept. Judy was a pleasure to work with.

We didn't like not having a a washer and dryer in the unit. Parking was a bit of a walk. Paying extra for guests kind of bothered us. Most places allow two guests without an extra charge. We would rather book with Judy directly and not a booking agent. The agent spoke very broken English and was hard to communicate with. The booking fee was a bit much, also, The unit was well stocked with everything you needed to start up housekeeping. We did enjoy our stay in the unit and would recommend it highly. The welcome treats were very thoughtful and appreciated.

This is a very nice and comfortable condo. Every thing is included to make any length of stay top notch. Could not ask for anything more. The owner was avalable to take care of any requests. The location is in a nice and up scale area of the city. There are great restrauants and activities very close by. We would absolutely return to stay in this propery and highly recommend it.
