Altamente aggiornato casa con una cucina completamente attrezzata, lavatrice e asciugatrice full size, un garage per 2 auto e spazio per il tuo golf cart o moto. Perfect house for our weekend trip!

House was well maintained and clean. It had everything we needed for our family. Pool was the perfect pass time in the hot Arizona sun. Easy check in and check out. Beds were comfortable. Great neighborhood.

Great family house and heated pool!

We stayed here mid-February, and the house and heated pool were great. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and not a far drive back into Phoenix. I would recommend this house for anyone looking for moderate to large size house with a great pool and backyard.

Great Place. Awesome pool

Great space for our family. The pool was a big hit! The kids and adults appreciated that it was heated. The house is cleaned and quiet neighborhood. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Our Go To House When Traveling With Dogs and Going to See The DODGERS!!!

Great House, Great Location. Dog Friendly with a Doggie Door!! House is comfortable, and back yard is beautiful. The home needs all new area rugs but besides for that a 5⭐️in our books!!

Beautiful Avondale

This was such a spacious and beautiful family friendly home! We visited from So California and found this home so accommodating for our family. The pool was wonderful and all supplies needed were on hand. Home management responds quickly and were available to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this rental!

Nice place overall , pool was nice , house is just like it shows. Area is nice , it’s west of Phoenix , but we golfed all over , it’s easy to get on interstate and get around. Would stay here again . Could use an umbrella on back deck when hanging out around the pool. It gets pretty hot back there.

Great for our group

Check in/check out was seamless. We loved the pool, it was nicely heated and very clean. There were many touches that really made a difference: shampoo & conditioner, good spice selection. The yard was gorgeous, we enjoyed some fresh lemons and oranges off the trees in the backyard. We won’t hesitate to stay here the next time we’re in Phoenix!

LOTS OF SPACE!!

Over all this home worked well for us!!! Doggie friendly and a doggie door was a must have for us and the pool was a great feature for warm afternoons!! This home had lots of space and a great Family Room area. The three private bedrooms are nice while the two other bedrooms are nice but not much privacy. The drive to Chase Field to see the Dodgers play was about 25 minutes so we loved the location! We did have a few early morning visitors knocking at the door which was a bit of an annoyance especially since our Guest Book had a different schedule. This was a bit of an inconvenience with our dogs and us especially before 9:00 am (Pest Control Tuesday and Pool Cleaning Wednesday) Over All we enjoyed the Cold Springs Home Amenities, Location and Welcomeness!! We will be planning another visit soon!!! Thank You to the Host and Owner for all the communication!!

Location is perfect!

We stayed Fathers Day weekend. We went to Chase field which was only 20-25 minutes away. Home was extremely clean. Check in was super easy. I did have to ask the host a question 3 times before they answered back. The description of the house stated a sun shade outside. It was not available. That was one reason I choose the house so when I BBQ there would be shade. And the waterfall in the pool wasn't hooked up. I think the pool needs a new suction cuz the pool was dirty even tho we swept the top of the pool constantly. But all that is ok. Because we had a great time in a beautiful home. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We would definitely rent this home again

Close to amenities

The house and the location were great, but the pictures from the online listing did not match the property, and there was some leftover trash from prior occupants. I understand that this residence is not a hotel and there are some amenities that are out of scope, but when there is a cleaning fee that each occupant pays I would assume that the home that is being rented is clean and free of animal feces in the yard, food in and on the furniture, and furniture is cleaned. Some of the things that stood out when my family and I first walked the property were: * Dried food on the carpet * Broken ground lights in the backyard * Dog poop in the yard * The house smelled like slight marijuana * Crack inside the refrigerator on the bottom * Master bedroom deadbolt lock did not work. The lock knob just spun without engaging the lock * Pool cushions needed a deep cleaning or replacing. You could see oil marks from tanning oil on them * Furniture needs some touch up paint * Camera on the patio that was not disclosed * The listing pictures show a retractable awning that covers a portion of the pool and patio, but no awning was present.
