PHX Retreat | 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Home in Historic Neighborhood

This beautiful historic home is perfectly located for your stay in the Valley of the Sun. PHX Retreat is just minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, downtown Phoenix, and Arcadia neighborhoods. PHX Retreat is also located in close proximity to multiple highways, so you will have a quick drive to Scottsdale, Tempe, Spring Training Venues, GCU, and any other destinations you are looking to explore. The quiet residential neighborhood is the perfect escape after a day of exploring.

This home is located in a historic neighborhood, built in 1925 it has been completely remodeled. This home offers a private patio for relaxing, which is located in the front of the home. Around back you`ll find a peaceful shaded common space offering lounge chairs, 2 dining tables, casual seating and a grill.

Guests can park in the private driveway space. There is also ample free street parking. The unique key code will give unassisted entry to the unit via a smart lock.

Guest checkin is contactless however the hosts live in the area and are available for any assistance.

This neighborhood has several restaurants and bars within walking distance however a short drive will take you to some of the most highly rated restaurants and best nightlife in Phoenix.

There are two detached homes located on this property (both are vacation rentals). This home is located in the front of the property with access from the driveway. The courtyard is shared common space between both homes, which is in addition to a private patio in the front of the home.

As a condition of your stay, we require the acknowledgment of a rental agreement within 24 hours of your confirmed booking. You will receive a link to your rental agreement within 5 minutes of your confirmed reservation. To protect the property, security cameras are located around the exterior facing the following locations: The driveway/ entry way, courtyard, front yard/patio and back alley. These cameras are active at all times.
Quiet Hours 10:00PM-8:00AM. Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING INSIDE. Feel free to smoke or vape outdoors, but please be courteous to others. $500 minimum cleaning charge for smoking indoors.

Weekend getaway

My spouse and I along with another couple stayed at this property for a wedding reception in Phoenix. It was conveniently located near where we needed to be, clean, very cute, and nicely priced.

Great stay in Phoenix!

The house was clean, well stocked and very comfortable! Communication with the hoist was great from booking throughout our stay. The location was minutes from the airport and close to many amenities. We would stay again.

Great atay!

From start to finish the whole experience was very enjoyable! The house is beautifully crafted and decorated. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with great eating places nearby and close proximity to the airport. Our hosts really made us welcome and provided clear instructions. This was our first visit to Phoenix and it was made special by having this lovely place as our base. We definitely would like to come again!

Above & Beyond

It's the little things, right? We were in a bind, I reached out to JD & Colin early, early on a Sunday morning hoping for a same-day response and got a reply within the half hour. They pre-approved our stay while we were still getting our bearings and it was such a relief to know we had a place to stay, did I mention this was for the following day?! They responded quickly and positively to all messages. Check-in was easy, the emailed instructions were clear and easy to follow. The property is even better than advertised, very bright and tastefully decorated. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with essential tools, but there was also coffee, condiments, snacks, and beverages provided. Hotel-style shampoo, lotion and shower gels as well as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and laundry detergent were all provided (IYKYK). The WiFi was as advertised, I had no issues taking video meetings and I have no idea how many devices we had logged in throughout our stay. And the little things, the extra touches that were so nice. Bedside wireless charging stations for our phones, throw blankets to snuggle under and an outdoor space that is as lovely as the interior. Our work/vacation went off the rails when we arrived in Phoenix but the stay in this home put us right back on track, we were able to settle in and relax in comfort between the events we were in town for. Check-out was just as easy and well-communicated. I highly recommend this PHX Retreat.

Historic home

We had a fabulous stay ! Thank you :). The home is exactly as pictured. Extremely clean, with a lovely back patio. Getting to a multitude of events via major arteries was great . The communication between the hosts and ourselves was informative and timely. Would defiantly recommend !!
