Bella 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni di casa situati sulla prima buca presso il fantastico campo da golf Coyote Lakes.

Prendi una bellissima alba dell'Arizona mentre guardi i giocatori di golf da una veranda privata, una piscina o anche dalla comodità della camera da letto principale o del tavolo della cucina. (Non ti preoccupare, non possono vederti, e non puoi sentirli!) Meglio ancora, fai un giro in macchina alla clubhouse e fallo da solo!

La casa è stata completamente ristrutturata, dall'alto in basso. Tutto è nuovo: i mobili, gli elettrodomestici, i letti e la biancheria da letto, gli asciugamani, la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice, i piatti, gli occhiali e persino i porta asciugamani! Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per una vacanza rilassante e senza stress è qui, ti aspetta.

Goditi il ​​sole appeso fuori dalla piscina riscaldata. Se ti piace cucinare all'aperto, abbiamo un nuovo barbecue Weber a tua disposizione. (Si prega di notare, vi è un costo aggiuntivo per riscaldare la piscina. Abbiamo installato un contatore sulla linea del gas, paghi solo quello che usi.)

Il soggiorno ha un divano componibile che può essere, riconfigurato come vuoi tu, e una Smart TV da 50 "con cavo e internet (non che passi molto tempo a guardare la TV).

Il maestro ha un letto matrimoniale e TV, ampio bagno con una grande doccia e 2 armadi - uno un enorme walk-in. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale, con un bagno completo proprio accanto. Abbiamo installato una nuova porta scorrevole in vetro Vigo e un soffione a pioggia per un'esperienza spa completa nel bagno padronale.

La sorpresa ha così tante cose in giro per la zona. Marzo è particolarmente impegnato con MLB Spring Training nelle vicinanze: Surprise Stadium (6 miglia) - Texas Rangers / Kansas City Royals, Peoria Sports Complex (6 miglia) Seattle Mariners / San Diego Padres, Ranch Camelback (13 miglia) - Los Angeles Dodgers / Chicago White Sox.

Non un fan della palla? Sono solo circa 20 minuti per Glendale, dove giocano i Cardinals (NFL) e i Coyotes (NHL).

C'è un sacco di escursioni (White Tank Mountain Regional Park, 17 miglia), ottimi negozi (Arrowhead Mall, 5 miglia) e ogni sorta di altre attività se ti guardi intorno. Siamo molto convenientemente situati appena fuori Bell Road al 115 °, molto vicino all'autostrada 101 Loop intorno a Phoenix.

What an amazing place to stay. The owner was so informative and answered all my questions quickly. The house is perfect. We enjoyed watching the golfers. The pool is perfect for just floating around watching the fighter jets working. Highly recommend

Great house on Coyote Lakes golf course

My husband and I visited Phoenix area for our anniversary and stayed at this house on Coyote Lakes golf course. The house is beautiful, located just off the first tee box. It has easy access to many restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet. We sat out on the deck and watched the partridges and other wildlife. We would stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Great getaway

We had a lovely stay -- everything was exactly as represented and pictured. The house is very spacious and airy with plenty of natural light. Well-stocked kitchen with all the necessary amenities, including an electric kettle which was appreciated. Large HD tvs in both the living and main bedroom made relaxing with a movie a great way to spend an evening. The main bedroom is HUGE and includes plenty of closet space to stash empty suitcases once you unpack as well a large ensuite with spacious shower. The enclosed back yard features a great view of the golf course and ample space to enjoy the sun on the cooler days we had while staying. We grilled out several times and had breakfast on the patio -- a wonderful way to start the day! The pool was very inviting, but the weather was a bit uncooperative so we didn't get a chance to take advantage of it even tho we could have turned the heat on if we wanted to. Oh, just remember to put the chair cushions under the porch cover when you're not using them! :-) Great location on the edge of suburbia, so it's very quiet with no traffic, but still close enough to get to restaurants and shopping as well as just a short distance to Surprise Stadium. Brad, our host, was super helpful and responsive to our inquiries, and even made sure to send us discount links to Coyote Lakes Golf. Its a great course to play and one of the nicest in the area. We're already planning to return next year!

Great getaway

Was spending Thanksgiving with my daughter in the Phoenix area. Great home that is convenient to shops and for hiking the hills which was my second objective. It was a bit windy and cool yo use the pool which wss a bummer. Again great place and they checked in to make sure things were ok.

Relaxing and Refreshing Getaway

We had a wonderful month at this home. We had the opportunity to meet the owners in person after working with them to schedule the month. I don’t use this word lightly but they were AWESOME in every way!The home was just as advertised and turn key. Also, friendly neighbors and very quiet. We’d love to return.

Awesome place!

We stayed in this lovely house for the month of November. It has a great layout, nice furnishings and comfy beds. Brad was easy to work with and very accommodating with our needs. Coyote Lakes is a quiet community but super close to the main roads. We enjoyed playing golf there and attended some events at the Clubhouse. It was a great home away from home!

The home matched the description as well as the pictures of the home. The home was well equipped, the dipping pool was great and was serviced every Friday. Also the location of the home was on Bell Avenue and close to Grand Avenue two major avenues to every store and bank. Enjoyed the property alot

A M A Z I N G! Looking to rest and relax? This is the place!

My husband and I needed some time to rest, relax and enjoy some time away. What a great location! What a great accommodation! We were extremely happy with this house. It was perfect for the two of us, but could easily accommodate 2 other people. The neighborhood was a quiet oasis... and yet there were many restaurants and lots of shopping within a short distance. We played the golf course a couple of times during our stay which was an added bonus. The residence provided everything you need... fully stocked kitchen (if it's not in this kitchen... it doesn't exist... laughing), laundry, comfortable bed, towels for bathing and pool... and so much more. The pool was a nice size and there was plenty of lounging and seating outside too. All you need to do is bring your own personal clothes and personal care (don't forget the sunscreen) and your food/groceries for your stay. The property manager and the owner were a delight to work with and assisted with any of our questions and needs. Thanks for a great stay! We'll be back!!

Relaxing

Brad was a joy to deal with this house has everything it’s extremely comfortable and it’s entertaining to watch everyone T off on the first hole we had the pool heated and we enjoyed it every day we were almost here for two months so it started to feel like our home ha ha and saying that if I was ever to buy property out here again it would be the exact place that I would look for don’t hesitate and book their awesome home in a awesome community. We met a lot of new friends golfing on the course as well. If I could give it more than five stars I would! Ryan and April 👍

So amazing!

This was the perfect spot for us to stay for our girls trip!! So clean and the owners were available for questions, and had everything in a document sent to us well before we arrived! Great location and very quiet. Will definitely stay here again!! Oh and the pool is wonderful too!

Nice week retreat

This was a comfortable home with an appealing morning sunrise, a beautiful adjacent golf course (and a view of the first tee), and a cozy little patio, pool, and fountain. A comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and all the creature comforts one would want for a vacation retreat.

Exceeded expectations

Staying at Brad’s home was amazing. The attention to detail in making sure all your needs are met was so appreciated. From the towels, trash bags, and even enough hangers in the closet; it all made a difference! Myself and my teenager daughter stayed here for 3 weeks as we waited for our apartment to be ready for move in. We were looking for a place that felt like home. I am a second year medical student so quietness, cleanliness and a place to relax after a long day at class was what I was looking for. This home provided exactly that. I felt like I was able to relax, kick back, enjoy the views of the golf course from the serene backyard and of course relax in the pool! The property manager was incredible. He was always willing to help with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay somewhere and feel like you are home. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean and organized. Thank you so much Brad for your kindness and accommodations for us!
