The space
Master room has queen bed. 2nd bedroom queen bed, 3rd bedroom has bunk bed with a full bed on bottom and 2 twins up top. Loft where you have to climb second set of stairs is a small futon bed that can sleep 1 person
Guest access
Full access to house. Only need to request upon arrival for access to rv parking on side of home. Rv Gate is kept locked.
Other things to note
Garage covered parking for 2 cars. No remote included. Will have to manually close garage by pressing button by garage entry door.

Additional guests can climb the second set of stairs to relax on a sweepable futon perched at the highest point of the house. Please note: Due to the steep carpeted steps, do not allow children to access this space without a parent or guardian. Guests take sole responsibility for injuries or property damage that occurs through misuse or breaking of this house rule.
