Great location for our plans. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the backyard, we sat under the lemon tree for morning coffee and enjoyed the grill in the evening. We’ll be back.

Overall it was a nice home. It was surface clean but could definitely use a deep clean. The bathroom rugs hadn't been cleaned and I had to wash them when I first got there. Light fixture in the primary bathroom was a little annoying as I kept hitting my head. Too many nick knacks throughout the house that I felt like are just in they way and collect dust.. The beds were very hard. The location was good for us because of where my son lives.

No Heat for Phoenix Winter

Overall Poly did a good job and tried to fix the issues with her property but we never had any HVAC system central heat during our stay, the backyard is not safe for young children due to the 2x koi ponds and questionable play structure, and the garage door opener was intermittent. Her son did replace the HVAC filter but that did not do anything to fix the heating issue. The only reason the temperature on the thermostat raised up during our stay was due to the Phoenix daytime sun and the 1 space heater (3 bedroom house with all 3 rooms occupied, 1 infant is too young to have blankets) that was provided AFTER our first cold night without any heating source. Poly did try to get someone to look at the HVAC issues but she insisted that I be present during the inspection. I told her that I did not need to be present and was ok with the repair person going into the home without me being there. Ultimately nothing was done during my stay due to miscommunication issues. The past reviews for this home did not match up with my actual stay experience.

Family Wedding

What a great place to stay! We were in town for a wedding. The house was very clean and comfortable. Accommodations far exceeded our expectations from snacks and coffee to the beautiful backyard. There’s something for everyone of all ages at this home sweet home. We will be back and look forward to staying here again.
