Casa De Palmas - Goodlife Vacation Homes

Spring Training Casa De Palmas in Peoria!  This gorgeous 4-bedroom home is spacious and awaits your arrival.  Bring friends and family to enjoy the sparkling heated pool (Additional $70/day), seating area in the pool is NOT a hot tub, grill on the BBQ, and lounge in the sun.  Located 10 minutes from Westgate Entertainment District, home of the Arizona Cardinals, you will find plenty of bars, restaurants, concerts, and nightlife activities.   Luke Air Force Base is also 10 minutes away if you're looking for space near the base.  Peoria Pines Golf Course and Restaurant is just around the corner and about a 2-minute drive! Please request pool heat 24-48 hrs prior to arrival.

You and your guests will enjoy the open living space of this home.  There is plenty of space to socialize and have your private time.  Kick up and relax in the living room while streaming your favorite apps on the Smart TV.  Chat it up in the kitchen while blending up a frosty drink or grabbing your morning coffee.  The dining area with bench seating is great for family game night!

The primary bathroom has a stand-up shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.  Good Life Vacation Homes supplies shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryers.  Towels for bathing and the pool are also provided.  Please request pool heat 24-48 hrs prior to your arrival.

All of our properties have generously stocked kitchens with plates, glassware, silverware, and pots and pans.  Small appliances such as a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, or Keurig.  We provide the coffee and tea!  Want some help stocking groceries before you arrive?  Call our concierge team to fill the fridge or even hire a professional chef during your stay. 

Our staff is Phoenix-based and would love to assist you with any questions on where to go and what to see during your stay.  The best recommendations come from a local!

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to receiving check-in instructions.

The house was fine. Pool was a big disappointment as it was not heated and the hot tub in the pictures did not work. I was told I had to start the sheets in the washer before leaving and then got charged for a new washer lid they claimed was broken. The door lock was difficult to use. Will not return.

Comfortable & Clean

We had a great stay here! The house was a comfortable size for our group of 5 and we spent a lot of time in the lovely back yard space hanging out in the pool.The kitchen was well stocked with supplies including some of the basic seasonings, oil, etc. An ample supply of towels (bath & beach) was ready for our use, and shampoo, conditioner, & body wash was provided. They even had extra toothbrushes in case any were forgotten.The beds were comfortable and extra blankets were available if needed.The house was clean and was as described in the listing.I communicated with the team a few times and always received timely answers.The listing describes a city ordinance of providing identification verification. This is done through an online verification where you need to take a picture of your driver's license and a selfie. You will also need to take a picture of your credit card. That was the only thing that made me a bit uncomfortable.

We loved the location and it was easy to find. Located in an older quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds and bedding. Wasn’t as clean as I hoped but I clean for a living so I have very high expectations! Didn’t use the pool it was too cold. Great place!

Gameday weekend

Nice quiet neighborhood close to stadium and stores. The house was nice. The pool was nice and clean but we could not use it because of the weather temperature. We got to spend some time with family in the area. Overall great experience.

Love the house, pool needs care

Really love the house and the location a really nice neighborhood we really enjoy our stay. The house was lovely and well clean. We enjoy the pool but it really need more maintenance in the pool the little resting area when the water gets a lot of move it turns green from the algae that has on the bottom. All around the pool you can see green spots. Overall we enjoy ourself and had a great time.

Girls weekend

We had a family “girls” weekend, ages 19-76. The house was just right for the 6 of us, close to the activities we chose to do, then return and enjoy the pool, Loved the big Tv in living room, after swimming we enjoyed a great movie. Our host was easy to reach and responded to questions quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

Visiting for a 90th birthday party

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Palma. We had room for our adult children and spouses. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was worth it. We will certainly visit again.

Arizona Fall League Baseball vacation

Property is very clean and close to everything in Glendale/Peoria area such as restaurants, sporting spots like Top Golf, Pop Stroke, Chicken and Pickle, etc, as well as the baseball stadiums we needed to get too. Response back from Katie, of Good Life Vacations, was prompt and assisted us in anything we needed. Its a great place to stay.

SUCH a lovely place!

We needed a place with enough room for all six of us to attend the Taylor Swift concert. I found this place on the VRBO website and it met all of our needs and THEN some! The proximity to the State Farm Stadium, a pool and hot tub, beds for all of us, all the kitchen amenities -- really, it's terrific. And our host was sooooooooooooo wonderful! Thank you, Katie!
