Everything was very nice and super clean with a very professional, friendly staff. Breakfast was great! But unfortunately the housekeeping is every other day and the air condition in our room did not cool very well. I don’t fault the hotel we did not say anything cause it was bearable and I did not feel like packing up again and changing rooms! But I’m sure the hotel would have try to fix it. Overall I thought our stay was wonderful.

I loved the pool at the top roof.. breakfast was really good, food from the H Bar was good as well. Bed's weren't that comfortable and no water for coffee.

Excellent option if you need somewhere to stay in Tempe. Easy airport access and a much better bet than downtown Phoenix.

The staff was very kind and approachable. The breakfast options was really good. Although the pool is very small for that many rooms, it was very nice. If you are traveling to look at the college, no car is needed you can walk right on campus.

Very convenient location to downtown Tempe. 5 min walk to the train, which goes to chase field and the airport. Mullet arena is a 2 minute walk away. Great breakfast, nice roof top patio, pool is very small but was never busy.

Hotel was very nice and in a good location. Unfortunately I was woke up at 4:30 am every morning to very loud trucks outside my window. Banging noises, loud beeping it was awful. Would not recommend staying here unless you want to be woken up at 4:30 every morning.

The hotel advertises a poolside bar but in reality it is only open Th, Fr, S and only from 5-10pm which is likely after you will be at the pool. Also, the trolley cars going by ring there bells nonstop so if you are a light sleeper good luck

Everything is amazing beautiful and perfect. If you are a light sleeper, be aware of fact a light rail train runs by one side of the hotel and a warning/safety bell rings a couple times an hour as it goes by outside. Personally I can sleep through anything and it didn't bother me at all, but I just kept thinking that if I were a light sleeper it would have been a problem and I was a little surprised that nobody has mentioned it previously in the reviews. But every single other thing was perfection at this property. It's beautiful, the breakfast is great, and stuff is amazing, the beds were comfortable. But if you're a light sleeper.......

Came to Phoenix for a relaxing weekend getaway with my pregnant wife. After laying down to sleep the first night, we very quickly realized that our room was located directly in front of a train crossing that went *ding ding ding ding ding ding* all night long every 20-30 minutes. Didn’t get any sleep the first night so we called down to the reception in the morning & asked to move rooms. They said they couldn’t accommodate that but they could offer us ear plugs. They had clearly heard this complaint before. When we came back to the room for the 2nd night, the room hadn’t been serviced, so there were no clean towels, soaps, etc. We were frustrated but tried to keep a positive attitude as my wife is pregnant & we were on this trip as a small getaway. We laid down to sleep the 2nd night and after a couple rounds of the *ding ding ding ding ding* being loud enough to hear through ear plugs, decided that it was too loud & annoying. We packed up our things & left the hotel & drove back home to Las Vegas in the middle of the night. I honestly hate leaving bad reviews but I definitely wouldn’t stay at this property again. Bummer.

The property was amazing! Great room & loved the rooftop deck with pool. The staff were nice but many of them were “new” and that’s exactly how they responded to questions or requests…I’m “new” I don’t know…no attempt to find the answer to what you need which was disappointing. We would definitely return and recommend this location but wish the staff cared more about the guests to figure it out and not respond with “I’m new, I don’t know”
