Thank you for complying, communicating and following our rules and procedures. Although the city approved the large gathering the neighbors may have not been informed. Im glad the wedding was a success and you enjoyed the location and all the property has to offer. The timer to the rear fence lighting has been adjusted to accommodate for the longer nights during the winter. We hope you will consider us for your next stay in AZ!

Hi Richard, thank you for taking the time to provide valuable insight. Regarding the early check-in, the property is 11 bedrooms 11,400 SF. When we have same day check-outs, it takes significant time and staff to prepare the home and we cannot always accommodate the request. Similar to a hotel. Stripping the beds is extremely helpful and much appreciated to assist in our quick turnover process, but you are correct it’s a standard used in the industry we will be removing from our welcome books. Afterall the goal is to enjoy yourself and we want your stay to be relaxing. The Nest thermostats are locked in safety temperatures since we’ve had serious damage to our multiple AC units when not operated properly but still have full functionality. I apologize if you had any issues. We supply wine glasses, rocks glasses and bar utensils for our standard inventory and we understand every guest has unique requests and apologize we didn’t accommodate to your needs. We thank you for giving us the opportunity, appreciate your insight and we hope you will provide us another chance in the future.

We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. We like how you have the options to gather in larger groups or have an intimate setting in some of the more cozy areas of the property. It has something for everyone. It is an older property, and is scheduled for big renovations this summer. We aim to keep the feel and character of the building while updating and modernizing several amenities and some of the styling
