Scottsdale Suite Retreat

Questa casa vacanza è la mia "casa lontano da casa". Mentre non risiedo lì, ho deciso di aprirlo ad altri per goderne.

Situato a North Scottsdale, a solo un paio di miglia da Kierland & Scottsdale Quarter, N Scottsdale Blvd, l'asta automobilistica Barrett-Jackson, i campi da golf Waste Management TPC, negozi e ristoranti sono proprio dietro l'angolo. Visitate Scottsdale Old Town e visitate le bellissime gallerie. Tonnellate di eventi locali che si verificano quasi ogni settimana!

Meno di 25 minuti per l'aeroporto PHX e tutti gli stadi di Spring Training.

Questo 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni con oltre 2200 piedi quadrati per vagare liberamente. Divertiti a giocare con tutti! Dai giochi da tavolo, Foosball, grandi scacchi all'aperto / dama, wall Scrabble fissato ai 65 giochi tra cui scegliere dal sistema arcade, non ti annoierai in questa casa! Il paesaggio lussureggiante è come un paradiso che non vorresti lasciare. Alberi di limone e mandarino, erbe fresche per fare un cocktail! Fare un giro in piscina o rilassarsi nella spa (piscina riscaldata è disponibile). Mostra le tue abilità culinarie sul barbecue Weber e intrattieni i tuoi ospiti! Guarda la partita sulla TV all'aperto mentre ti rilassi sull'altalena del patio o ti accolli al tavolo della stufa antincendio a gas.

Vieni dentro per scappare dalla calura estiva con doppio climatizzatore e ventilatori a soffitto in ogni stanza.

Completamente ristrutturato con qualcosa da fare per tutti ma siete in vacanza quindi rilassatevi!

Una bottiglia di vino in omaggio è inclusa nel soggiorno.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare un pasto per i tuoi ospiti fino alle spezie!

Master Suite ha un letto king size e 55 "TV, ampia cabina doccia, doppio lavabo e un armadio walk-in.

Guest Suite ha un letto matrimoniale e il proprio bagno e cabina armadio troppo.

La camera da letto Hall ha un letto a castello Twin over Full.

Un materasso ad aria queen è disponibile ma a un costo aggiuntivo. Si prega di richiedere in anticipo.

Un box per bambini e persino un lettino doppio per assicurarsi che si sentano davvero speciali!


Il riscaldamento della piscina in autunno / inverno è costoso. La spa impiega solo 20 minuti per riscaldarsi mentre la piscina impiega molto più tempo. È richiesto un preavviso per il pool. Il costo per la tassa di riscaldamento è estremamente basso, il che mi assorbe i costi aggiuntivi. Il costo del riscaldamento è di $ 50 al giorno

Fantastic stay!

My wife, 4 kids and I stayed there and it was perfect! My girls loved the Harry Potter room, boys loved the video games and we all loved the pool and hot tub. Great accommodations (spacious eating areas, upgraded towels, comfortable beds, and so on). Owner was great communicating as well and the property was very clean! Highly recommend. All my kids said they want to go back!

Great home!

Stacy has decorated the home thoughtfully and created a backyard oasis. We enjoyed the heated pool, comfortable accommodations and convenience the home offered. It was not cluttered yet had everything essential for cooking, cleaning and having a great time floating in the pool. We would definitely stay again.

We stay in Vrbo’s quite regularly and I have to say this is one of the best! Very well stocked, clean, owner is so easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions or needs! We highly recommend renting from Stacey and hope to stay in one of her other properties in the future! Would definitely rent again!!

Spring Break/Spring Training

Great house. Visited for Spring Break with two 11 yr old boys. Easy access to spring training games and amazing backyard. Spent most of our time swimming when not at games. Would stay at this house again. Owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

We loved the Harry Potter house!

We had a fantastic stay, and would highly recommend this house. Stacy was a wonderful host, extremely communicative and helpful. She ensured that everything was to our liking. The house itself was extremely well-equipped for elementary school aged children with not only the Harry Potter room, but also lots of games, activities, etc. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer!

Wonderful experience!

Stayed here for 2 weeks on a family vacation with our 2 year old son. First of all, Stacy went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time. Her responses were extremely quick and she was always very helfpul. The house exceeded our expectations with all the amenities and little extras to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Extremely clean, great location and loved the very private, beautifully landscaped yard. Also had the perfect amount of shade and sun spots all day long that made it easier with a child. Highly recommend and hope to be back again next winter!

Excellent!

We had the best stay in Scottsdale here! The house was exactly as shown and in great condition. We had everything we needed and more. The yard and landscaping are gorgeous and my kids loved picking up the lemons to make lemonade. The pool, hot tub and yard games were great and got lots of use. The pool temp was perfect and we appreciated the large shades over it to provide a little break from the sun. The rooms were all wonderful and the beds very comfortable. The house location was ideal for us as well. In a beautiful, quiet neighborhood good for walks. Within 20 minutes of many great hiking spots and we even did a day trip to Sedona which only took about 1hr 45 mins. Communication with Stacy was quick and easy. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Loved our stay again!

This was our second time back at the property and we will be back again! The yard is beautiful...very private with a good sized pool and hot tub. We were unfortunate to have unseasonably cool weather during our 2 weeks but with the heated pool (we paid to heat it), we all still had a great time. Stacy is amazing and so quick to respond. She really does go above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. The kids absolutely loved the Harry Potter themed room and we loved that the top bunk was enclosed so we were comfortable with our young kids to sleep safely up there. Perfect location and really couldn't say enough about how much we love coming to stay here. Will be back again next year!

Excellent Spring Break Vacation

This house exceeded our expectations for our Spring Break vacation. The home is clean, the amenities were perfect and the pool was used everyday by our two grandsons (8 and 10 yo). We paid to have the pool heated which allowed everyone to swim or spa everyday. The Pac-Man console was a throw back to the grandparents' day and it was fun to share our knowledge of video games with the younger generations. The outside sitting area is shaded and perfect for eating outside.Communication with the owner was flawless and questions were answered within minutes.Location to the spring training baseball parks was easy. And, location to other Scottsdale sites was also easy. The lemon tree provided us with fresh squeezed lemons each and every day.Overall, our week at this home was great, and we would definitely stay here again!

The property was wonderful… The only thing is in the extreme cold. The back bedroom doesn’t get war

The first night, my two girlfriends, and I all slept in the master because the other rooms were too cold… I just think that if the heat would’ve been turned on a day before we got there, it would’ve been fine with the Nest system. Sometimes it takes time for all the space in the house to warm up.

Beautiful home and property

Our family of four, children ages 9 & 10, had a wonderful time at this property. The house was in great shape with a lot of fun perks for kids and adults alike. The back yard was a little slice of heaven. It felt very welcoming in every way. The pool and spa (we paid extra to heat—worth it as our kids happily swam when the outside temp was in the 50’s and 60’s) was fantastic and the owner was easy to communicate with at all times. Easy access to amazing hiking, old town Scottsdale and parks. Easy access to spring training baseball games. We took an overnight trip to Sedona and the Grand Canyon—well worth it —ab 3-4 hour drive to the canyon and 2 hours to Sedona. It snowed 3-4 inches at the Grand Canyon while it was 60-70 degrees in Scottsdale—just fyi. We had an awesome time and would love to come back to this property.

Great Staycation for Family

Overall everything was great. Kids LOVED the pool, especially because it is heated! We barely used the hot tub. Hot tub was unexpectedly small and gets way too hot in that small space, but we didn't care cause the pool was nice and heated. The space is great for our toddlers to run around outside. Beds are comfortable. Stacie Managing the place is super nice and great at responding. TIP: Do not take showers all at the same time. Hot water in the showers run out rather quickly in the master bathroom if another person is showering at the same time.

Great home base for a Scottsdale visit

Nicely decorated and very clean property. Everything was very accurately described and pictured in the listing. Great outdoor space, including some covered areas to use for shade or in case of rain. Easy and prompt communication with the property owner made for a relaxing visit. We found the location very convenient to a variety of activities including spa time, hiking, shopping and dining options.

A trip we didn't make...

We unfortunately unable to go last due to an ER visit by our kiddo, however, I can speak to the overall experience and to the other couple we were traveling with still making use of the property. Our friends that still stayed there said it was the nicest VRBO they had ever stayed at and for me being the one that booked it, can say that the communication and overall process was great and wish my wife and I could experienced everything. Plan to re-book next winter if available.
