Summary:
Welcome to the Player's Pad and experience an entertainers paradise. This 4BR, 2BA home in North Scottsdale is minutes from the TPC Scottsdale and Westworld. After enjoying world-class golf and hiking, look forward to coming home to a backyard with private swimming pool (NOT heated), hot tub, BBQ grill, and fire pit. If you would rather stay in, enjoy multiple TVs throughout, the game room with pool table, multiple games, and a beer tap.

Welcome to the Players Pad, a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home ideal for anyone who loves group entertainment. Equipped with the space and amenities to gather with friends and chill with your family. A game room with pool table, built-in beer tap, board games, and video games for friendly competition. The backyard awaits with a cool down in the private swimming pool (pool is NOT heated), or get your Grill On at the BBQ gas grill. Located in North Central Scottsdale, local eateries and attractions are mere minutes away, making your stay as convenient as can be. Book your stay at Players Pad, and let the fun begin!

This listing is for the entire 2340 sq. ft. home, including the fenced in backyard with patio area and swimming pool. It is a quiet, peaceful backyard, perfect for a relaxing visit!

SLEEPING AREAS:
Master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom (2nd floor)

COMMON AREAS:
Kitchen and breakfast area with all your cooking needs, separate dining area, living room and family room with pool table, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available. Fully stocked laundry room with supplies provided for your group.

(Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)

PARKING:
There is off-street parking available for up to 4 cars in driveway (2 garaged).

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events

If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.

Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

OTHER NOTES:
*Pool NOT HEATED 
*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed.
*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.
*Pool, landscape, and other vendors may access the home once per week and have access to the back yard.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet neighborhood in the North Scottsdale area. Multiple grocery stores are within 5-10 minutes driving, and numerous restaurants are nearby.

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus.
Feel free to ask about distances, and we will let you know average drive times.

NO GATHERINGS or PARTIES are allowed at this home. The neighbors are sensitive to noise. Please limit the noise when you are outside, and observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning team.

Our golf foursome has been coming to the valley of the sun for almost 2 decades. We use our house rental as a “base camp“ and usually depart early for golf and return in the evening so we don’t fully use all the amenities of the house so I can’t comment on everything. However, this house checked the boxes for us, which was four separate bedrooms, a nice den/TV area, & hot tub for our backs!!Again, we did not use other items like the pool or kitchen since we ate out but it was fully stocked. We did have a few general questions before and during our stay and communication was quick. Our group would definitely return to this property.

Stayed 4 nights at the house and had a wonderful time, only thing is the pool does tend to get really cold as no heater is present. Everything else was perfect!

Overall the house is wonderful! Great location, lots of space-the most amazing beds I’ve ever slept in at a VRBO house! The backyard was big for Arizona with a large pool which was extremely cold because it was not heated (which I don’t blame them for since it got down to the 50’s at night. They did have tons of beach towels). We did have a few issues: the hot tub jets on one side did not work and the cover was broken to make it too heavy to put it back on, the outside fire place and the heated tower did not work. The rental company was very quick to respond to our concerns! The fire pit was fixed the next day, however the hot tub jets took until Wed (the company could not come out until then) and the cover was never fixed but we could at least use the hot tub. There were also a few loose tiles outside which should be secured. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
