Step outside to your private backyard oasis, complete with a sparkling swimming pool that’s heated to a comfortable 85°F from October through April at no extra charge. (Please note, if outdoor temperatures drop below 40°F, the water may not reach the full 85°F.) The outdoor space is perfect for soaking up the Arizona sun, enjoying a barbecue, or unwinding under the stars in the evening.
Pets are welcome to stay at no additional cost — we just kindly ask that you pick up after them so everyone can enjoy the space. Whether you’re here for relaxation, adventure, or a bit of both, this home offers the perfect base for your Phoenix stay.

You’re just minutes from I-17, making it simple to explore downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, or even take a day trip to Sedona or the Grand Canyon. -No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.

Private swimming pool is heated between the months of November and April at no additional charge. Heaters are set at 85 degrees. If outdoor temperature drops below 50 degrees, pool temperature may be below 85 degrees. Pool is serviced once every week.
