Check-in/out: Early/late available upon request; keyless entry; ID + credit card required.

Pool heating: Optional, $125/night; 3-day notice; must be booked for full stay.

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM; no vaping; no unregistered guests; no events.

Cameras: Front & backyard for liability only.

Concierge services: Third-party only; owner not liable.

Police Calls: If for any reason the police need to respond to an event at the home, the Guest may be liable to refund the owner, or management company up to $2,000 to cover the costs of police response to the property pursuant to section 2-22 of the Phoenix City Code.
