Locations a "10" ! and remodeled !.

The home is located within walking distance of a couple of the best restaurants in North Scottsdale, Soul Cafe, Spiga Cucina Italiana, Jalapeno Inferno, Lorenzo's Pizza, JJ's Deli all within walking distance plus several more.....also Sprouts and Safeway. Mastro's Steak House is 2 miles from home. You can also UBER or Lyft to any location mentioned for very little charge. We have just completely remodeled the home. It has 12' ceilings through out, 2450 sq. ft. The kitchen and living (great room) give you the feeling your in a 4000 sq. ft. home. Floor to ceiling 12' ft. marble gas fireplace. This main Great Room has a new 65" OLED TV with incredible surround sound system to watch your Netflix movies. All 3 bedrooms with King Beds. The office has a queen sofa/sleeper with flat screen TV and privacy curtain for sleeping or working in the office. The second bedroom has a 55" Smart TV. The master bedroom is on the other side of the home away from the other bedrooms and has it's own TV and couch in the suite. Gated community for privacy and safety. The home entertains great with a 10' sliding glass door that goes out to the swimming pool, with a 5 ft. Gas Firepit with couches, recliner, chaise loungers and huge fan above. There is a 50" TV outdoors, by the couch for viewing. The backyard is very private (no neighbors viewing in) for those wanted private times. Children Allowed. There is no fence around pool. All of the outdoor furniture is new as of this year, plus has a 6 burner BBQ with a separate searing burner to lock in the juices of your food. Close to many golf courses like GrayHawk CC, TPC Scottsdale Golf Course for the Phoenix Open plus many more. West World, Barrett Jackson, Spring Training, Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons all world class shopping. Very close to Pinnacle Peak Mountain for hiking, McDowell Mountain and Tom's Thumb. Unforgettable Stay!

We just spent a week at this wonderful spot.  We just loved everything about it. Very nice neighborhood, convenient to restaurants and so many activities. The setup of this home is exceptional. The pool is fantastic. Everything we needed was there...so comfortable inside and out. We would love to come back here very, very soon!!!

Lovely place and location

This place was very clean and a beautiful place. Just a note that the 4th bedroom is really an office with a pull out couch. It was a very comfy bed though. I was surprised that it wasn't an actual bedroom but that is my fault for not reading the details better. Overall, it was a lovely stay and the place and location can't be beat!

Fabulous Scottsdale Home

A 10 rating for this property is well deserved! The updated home is clean and not cluttered. The quiet neighborhood made the outdoor living space very relaxing. Plenty of basic supplies are provided. Eric responded quickly to a couple questions upon arrival. This property was truly a home away from home for our 18 day stay in the Valley of the Sun. Thank you Eric and and Christine for sharing your fabulous home!

Amazing Place

We loved the house. The property was clean, updated and not cluttered. The house included many household products…. Paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent. The location was great for hiking, restaurants and fun activities for the grandkids. Eric was very responsive and great to work with!!!

Scottsdale family retreat

This house is the perfect house for Scottsdale golf and hiking. This is our 2nd year staying in the house and we have spent over 15 nights and it is perfect. Gated community, close to restaurants, golf and hikes and in immaculate shape. Eric the host has the house equipped with everything and in great shape. Will be back next year!

Beautiful, clean property in Grayhawk area

We had a pleasant experience at this location situated in a peaceful neighborhood in North Scottsdale. Nice shops and restaurants nearby. Property was very clean. Decor is updated and pretty. Had all the amenities. Owner was great with communication. Highly recommend!

Lovely!

The property and neighborhood were perfect for us- quiet and well maintained. The split floor plan was conducive to two couples having shared social space + privacy. Eric was truly awesome- great communication, response dive and best of all, caring.

Great property

This property is very clean and well set up. The kitchen and outdoor space is great. There are T.V.'s inside an out. Location is in a gated community and close to many restaurants and golf courses. Comfortable beds in all rooms with nice bathrooms and showers.

Pick this one!

Loved this home for our one month stay. House is in a quiet, gated area, close to many restaurants, golf courses and hiking trails. The home itself has a comfortable & roomy TV viewing area. The pool area has nice seating as well with an outdoor TV. Eric was very responsive if we needed anything. We'd return in a heartbeat!
