- This 10-unit-cozy and inviting apartment is the perfect place to call home during your stay. With its modern amenities and comfortable furnishings, you'll have everything you need to feel right at home. The apartment features a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom. The bathroom is tastefully appointed and features a shower and all the essentials you'll need. With its convenient location, you'll have easy access to local shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Book now for a memorable and comfortable stay!
- LIVING ROOM - spacious enough for 4 people.
- BEDS - there is a queen bed in the room, and sofa bed in the living room.
- KITCHEN - fully equipped kitchen for your delicious meals.
- BATHROOM - clean and cozy for your stay.
- Unit # 5 is upstairs. You must go up a few steps to reach the units on the first floor and another 17 steps to reach the second floor.
- There is NO elevator. Stairs ONLY. You must go up a few steps to reach the units on the first floor and another 17 steps to reach the second floor.
- PARKING: Street parking only. Street parking is available, please keep in mind that parking spots may be limited in the downtown area. Our neighbor has a few parking spots available and offers a permit for just $10 a day. Please let us know in advance of your arrival.
- Apartments will be similarly decorated. Colors for curtains and sofas may be different.
- For the pull-out queen bed: Get the mattress cover from the closet and place it on the sofa bed. The rest of the linens are in the closet. Guest can use them.
- FIREPLACE: Please do NOT use it for safety purposes.
- PETS: We welcome your furry friend with a fee of $150 per pet for the entire stay. Please keep your pet supervised at all times and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds. The fee is non-refundable and covers additional cleaning. Please do not allow your pet on the furniture or beds. Fee will apply for any damage, repairs or replacements.
This unit is upstairs. You must go up a few steps to reach the units on the first floor and another 17 steps to reach the second floor. Guests can access the whole Unit # 5.

***WHEN YOU CHECK-OUT*** - Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the 11:20am. - Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property. - PLEASE make sure to put the temperature of AC to 80 degrees. - HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit If your stay is from December to February. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.

Excellent little stay
I stayed in this charming little appertment while attending a conference in downtown Phoenix. The location was perfect, being walking distance to downtown, the light rail, and a large selection of restaurants. The modern touch to the historic apartment building was just right, giving the comfort you expect while letting the historic charm shine through.
