Sperimenta tutto ciò che la valle ha da offrire durante il tuo soggiorno in questa splendida casa personalizzata situata a circa 5 minuti dall'autostrada 202 Santan, a circa 30 minuti dall'aeroporto Sky Harbor e 10 minuti dall'aeroporto Mesa Gateway. La casa si trova in un quartiere gestito da HOA adiacente al prestigioso sviluppo di Phoenix Street of Dreams nel 2013.
Questa rambler di fascia alta di 3000 piedi quadrati gode dell'esposizione a sud ed è piena di servizi tra cui 4 camere da letto, 3. 5 bagni, split master, cucina abitabile gourmet, tavolo da biliardo, lavatrice / asciugatrice, TV LED, TV diretta con canali HD, blu ray player, Xbox, WIFI, aria centrale, sistema di allarme monitorato, ampio patio coperto con sistema di nebulizzazione, piscina di acqua salata / spa (piscina riscaldabile), putting green professionale Nicklaus, cortile anteriore con camino, barbecue incorporato all'aperto, pozzo del fuoco e parcheggio in garage. La casa:
Costruito nel 2013, l'open space, la cucina gourmet e l'ampio patio in travertino offrono un ambiente perfetto per intrattenere e radunarsi con la famiglia e gli amici.

Soggiorno: rilassati nel comfort e tieniti aggiornato sugli eventi in corso sulla TV LED HD. Divertiti con i giochi Direct TV via satellite, blu ray, Xbox, Internet wifi ad alta velocità o una partita a biliardo / biliardo.

Cucina: la grande cucina gourmet aperta è completamente attrezzata per cucinare, con splendidi nuovi elettrodomestici GE Profile.

Camere da letto: tutte sono dotate di TV LED HD a parete. La camera da letto matrimoniale extra-large ha un letto Select Comfort (Sleep Number) king size. Il bagno principale dispone di vanità per lui e per lei, vasca da bagno, doccia separata e cabina armadio extra large.
Il 2 ° Master ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato con doccia.
Due ulteriori camere da letto per gli ospiti hanno ciascuna un letto matrimoniale e un facile accesso al bagno adiacente Jack e Jill con due vanità e doccia.
Un sacco di lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti.

Setup and amenities are well thought out for your comfort and convenience. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our family. Misting system came in clutch and Tom was very responsive to any question I had.

Our recent family trip (6 adults) was perfect in this beautiful home with an outstanding backyard. The home is spacious and very comfortable in every way, and the pool area is truly outstanding...the best we have ever rented. We really enjoyed all the floats provided and the hottub, plus the outdoor eating area.It is in a great, nice quiet neighborhood in a good location. The owner is also wonderful to work with. We would rent again here in a heartbeat.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property in Gilbert. A beautiful home with a great backyard and amenities including bbq, pool, hot tub, putting green and a well equipped kitchen. Tina and Tom were also great hosts who were very responsive and helped make our stay a positive experience. We definitely recommend this property!

My family of six adults stayed at this house over the Christmas holiday. We all enjoyed using the hot tub, "golfing" green, and billiards table. The kitchen had great appliances, pans, and utensils. Plus, the outside grill was great for grilling fajitas. At night we enjoyed sitting outside around the fire pit. We also stayed here in 2022, and this year were pleasantly surprised at the two new beds the owners had added. The owners were always responsive to any questions we posed.

This is the third year in a row that we have stayed at this property and we absolutely love it. I also like that the carpeted areas were changed to tile this year. It makes it so much better.

This is our third stay here and our first since the pandemic. This is our go to house when we are in Gilbert. Not only is the house great for our family (4-6 adults) but it is less than 5 minutes from our family who live there. We all enjoy the backyard even though they have a pool at their own house. The pool table gets a workout each visit as well. It never feels like we are staying in someone else's home, we are all so comfortable there from day 1. Tina always responds very quickly and we haven't had a situation yet that impacted our stay. We love the new tile flooring and it looked like the pergola was extended in the backyard. We hope to be back next year.

Six members of my family (including myself) stayed five days over Christmas. The neighborhood was cheerfully decorated for Christmas. Upon entering the home's front gate, there is a lovely courtyard with an easy to use fireplace. The kitchen was well equipped for making Christmas dinner. There was a second refrigerator in the garage to hold extra food and drinks. One room had a billiards table. The backyard was awesome. It had a well-maintained hot tub, pool, fire pit where we roasted smores, and putting green. The owners were very responsive to any questions and made our experience enjoyable.

As a former VRBO property owner, we are fairly picky about where we stay. After each stay, we talk about the aspects that did not meet our expectations. However, this property was simply perfect, and we could not think of anything that needed improvement. The house was so clean, well-equipped, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully presented. There was nothing that was not meticulously thought of. Even the home instructions were spot-on and very informative. We contacted the owner during our rental and received an immediate response. Nicely done.

We have rented many Phoenix properties over the last decade. Stratland Shadows house was top notch throughout. The house was available on the agreed time. Very well equipped kitchen & plenty of towels, linens etc. The pool was the perfect temp. with 5 lounger available. We really loved this house. Great property and very well managed. Thanks for a great experience. We plan to return in the future. Highly recommend this house.

My friends and I were quite amazed by the house, its location, a fully equipped kitchen and a pristine backyard. The house was in very good condition, the pool and spa was just wonderful especially after our golf games. The mist outside the patio was also welcome as it helped reduced that temperature a bit. The location was quite central from multitude golf courses, close to grocery stores and restaurant. We really enjoyed the Santan Village and its proximity to the house. The Keurig coffee machine was broken and we communicated with the owner, she was very quick to respond and ordered us a new one with no hesitation. They were also very accomodating for the check in as we arrive an hour earlier and also requested to have the pool cleaned a few days earlier than the normal schedule because of as a sand storm. I would recommend this house with no hesitation and it is quite reprensentative of the desciption.
