There is a $100.00 per night pool heat fee that is automatically applied to each booking from October 1st through May 31st. Pool will not be heated any other month. Pool heat is automatically heated to 85 degrees), outdoor dining and covered patio with 65” smart TV, seating, built in BBQ grill with sink, mini fridge and high top bar with barstools plus an outdoor fire pit with seating, lounge chairs, sunken trampoline and 2 outdoor showers.

The master suite features a King size bed, gas fireplace, 55" Smart TV and spacious private bathroom with double sinks walk in shower, separate bathtub plus a small exercise room with exercise bike, dumbbells set & bench. Guest bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and private bathroom with single sink and tub/shower combo. Guest bedroom #2 has a queen size bed & closet and guest bedroom #3 has a Queen size bed and closet. There is a jack n jill bathroom between bedrooms 2 & 3 that has double sinks and walk in shower.
