Welcome to our luxury Sonoran Desert retreat in beautiful Cave Creek, surrounded by iconic saguaro cacti and backing to Black Mountain. With stunning mountain views, gorgeous Arizona sunsets, designer Southwestern interiors and an incredible location close to the best of Cave Creek and Carefree, this is a home designed for experiencing everything we love about the desert.

Whether you’re planning a romantic Arizona escape, a multigenerational family vacation, a trip with friends, or a girls’ or guys’ getaway, the home offers plenty of room to gather together while still giving everyone space to relax.

## A GREAT LAYOUT FOR FAMILIES & GROUPS

The home sleeps up to 12 with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 full and 1 half).

Three king bedrooms each open directly to outdoor patio spaces—a feature we especially love for couples and multigenerational groups. The fun queen-over-queen bunk room also includes a futon, kids’ toys and books, making it a great space for children and teens.

The home has been thoughtfully designed with all-new Southwestern designer furnishings and accessories, comfortable gathering spaces and luxury bath amenities.

## YOUR OWN DESERT BACKYARD

Our backyard is shaded in the evening and is one of the best places to unwind after a day exploring Cave Creek.

Cool off in the custom heated pool, relax in the hot tub, listen to the peaceful waterfall or grab one of the pool floats and spend the afternoon lounging in the Arizona sunshine.

As evening arrives, gather around the outdoor fire pit, watch the game or a movie on the outdoor TV, fire up the BBQ and enjoy dinner outside surrounded by mountain views and spectacular desert sunsets.

The pool can be heated for an additional $75/night. Please request pool heat at least one week before arrival.

## A KITCHEN FOR PEOPLE WHO LOVE TO COOK

We are huge cooks ourselves, and our kitchen reflects our passion.

Rather than providing just the basics, we’ve stocked the kitchen so guests can comfortably prepare everything from breakfast before a Black Mountain hike to a large dinner for the entire group.

You’ll find quality cookware, dishes, glassware, serving pieces and cooking essentials, along with spices, oils, a dedicated coffee & tea station, air fryer and slushy maker. There is also an outdoor BBQ for grilling.

Whether you plan to cook every night or just make frozen drinks to enjoy by the pool, we want the kitchen to feel like home.

## GAME ROOM, LIVE SPORTS & FAMILY FUN

There’s plenty to do without ever leaving the property.

Our game room features ping pong, air hockey and a basketball arcade game, providing hours of entertainment for kids, teens and adults.

Alexa speakers make it easy to enjoy music, and Hulu Plus gives you access to live sports—perfect for catching the big game while relaxing at the house or watching from the outdoor TV.

Families will also find kids’ toys and books in the bunk room, along with pool floats and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy together.

## BLACK MOUNTAIN IS IN YOUR BACKYARD

One of the things that makes this home so special is the location.

We back directly to Black Mountain, so the mountain you’re looking at from the backyard is also one of the area's most beautiful places to hike.

The Black Mountain Trailhead is just minutes away, making it easy to start the morning with an incredible desert hike and spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool.

Beyond Black Mountain, Cave Creek and Carefree offer miles of beautiful desert trails and outdoor recreation.

## EXPERIENCE CAVE CREEK & CAREFREE

Cave Creek has a personality all its own—a mix of beautiful Sonoran Desert scenery, Western character, great food, nightlife and an upscale yet relaxed Arizona atmosphere.

Within minutes of the house you’ll find fabulous restaurants, bars and Western nightlife, boutique shopping, farmers markets, gourmet grocery stores, golf courses, horseback riding and family-friendly activities, including a children’s splash pad.

Spend the morning hiking or golfing, browse the shops and farmers markets in the afternoon, enjoy dinner in Cave Creek or Carefree, then return home for a soak in the hot tub beneath the Arizona night sky.

You can also walk or bike toward Cave Creek’s Main Street area for restaurants and shopping.

## A PEACEFUL UPSCALE NEIGHBORHOOD

Our home is located in a beautiful, upscale residential neighborhood surrounded by large desert homes, saguaro cacti and incredible mountain scenery.

We love simply walking through the neighborhood and taking in the desert landscape and mountain views. Despite being close to restaurants, shopping and activities, the home feels peaceful and relaxing when you return.

Our neighbors are also our friends, and being good neighbors is extremely important to us. We ask all guests to respect neighborhood quiet hours from 10 PM–7 AM.

This is a relaxing vacation home and is not intended for parties or disruptive gatherings.

## PERSONALLY MANAGED BY US

We previously used a property management company but chose to begin managing our home ourselves because we wanted to provide a more personal experience for our guests.

When you have a question, you’re communicating directly with the owners who know and love the home—not a large management company.

We’re happy to share recommendations for our favorite restaurants, bars, hikes, golf, activities and places to explore around Cave Creek and Carefree. We also love hearing about places our guests discover so we can share those recommendations with future visitors.
