☀This cute apartment is located in the historic district in the heart of Phoenix! The vintage vibe in the neighborhood will bring you back to the early 1900s with its pyramid cottages lining tree-lined streets.



☀Our place offers a spacious 2bed/1bath floor plan equipped with a Smart TV, Full Size bed, Kitchen and parking. All of the necessities for home will be provided during your stay.

This 2 bedroom & 1 bath apartment is located in Garfield, a historic district in the heart of Phoenix. We offer all the necessities for a lovely stay:

Walk into a welcoming Living Room featuring a large Smart TV, Bed and Eat in Kitchen. Sprawl out on the couch and enjoy a movie or set up on the Kitchen Table for a Game night!



☀Kitchen

The Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to make eggs and toast or go all out and make a gourmet meal.



☀Backyard

Shared space with other Unit.



☀Laundry

There is a separate attached laundry room that is approximately 124 square feet.



Guest Access:

Check-in time is at 4pm and Check-out time is 11am.



We kindly ask that you try to meet these as best as possible so our Cleaning Team has adequate time for our next reservation.



If whenever possible, we will try to accommodate any scheduling requests we can.

The place was in a very nice neighborhood. That near downtown! The place had very comfortable beds. When we needed things for the kitchen and bathroom are host. Was very quick and able to get what we needed. I would recommend staying here again! We really enjoyed our time here over the holidays. And if you’re coming to visit Phoenix, this would be a great place to stay. Thanks for the great time.
