Right off of Greenway Pkwy in a quiet Scottsdale neighborhood, you`ll be around the corner from anything you`re looking for! The backyard features a covered patio with plenty of seating, dining, and an outdoor pool serviced all year around, and a large green turf backyard! The open floor plan inside the home encompasses the kitchen, dining area and two lounge areas with Foosball! Our master suite walks out to the back patio, then the other three bedrooms are down the hallway!

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The primary room is furnished with a queen sized bed across from a private television. We have a small seating area with a pull out couch and sliding doors to the back patio! There is an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Our second bedroom has a queen size bed. The closet will have ample storage space and plenty of room to hang personal items.

The third bedroom also features a queen bed and has a closet with ample storage space and plenty of room to hang personal items.

The fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids or friends! This room has a Full/Twin bunk bed. There is closet space in this room as well.

The guest bathroom is located down the hallway, opposite from the bedrooms. This bathroom features a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped with silverware, plates & bowls, cooking utensils, and smaller kitchen appliances. We plan for you to utilize this space to store beverages and small snacks or to host a 3-course meal for family and friends. You can rest assured you’ll be able to start your day with a cup of coffee from the coffee pot machine and then start your happy hour with a nice glass of wine if desired!

The dining room table is just off the kitchen area and seats 8 to 10 people.

Lounges:
Our living room has large sofas to relax and watch TV. This area is an open concept so you can be in the kitchen working or at the small seating area playing foosball!

The laundry room and half bathroom are located right next to the main living area. There is entry to the two car garage and the covered patio space from this mud room.

As you walk out to the covered patio space you`ll find comfy couches to gather around a gas fire place, a dining table and grill, and then the heated pool and spa out in the yard! The Pool and Spa are serviced all year for you to enjoy but the heating unit is an additional fee, please reach out for more details! The rest of the backyard is nicely landscaped with turf grass and we have cornhole to pass time playing!

The pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please! If you would like for the pool to be heated for your stay please notify us in within at least 24 hours of your check-in, this is an additional $100 daily. Kindly note that the pool and spa shares the same heating unit. We can only heat one body of water at a time. The same fee of $100 applies even if it`s just the spa that you want to be heated.

We are only able to accommodate pool heat requests if it is for the entire duration of the stay and with a minimum of a 3-night reservation. A $150 trip charge will be applied on top of the pool heat fee should the request be received on the day of check-in or when the trip has already commenced.

Please note that we set our pool temperatures between 76 to 78 degrees. It takes about 12-16 hours for the pool to fully heat.

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property`s grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.

- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.

- Strict “No house party” policy! Anyone planning to have a party should book elsewhere.

- All City of Scottsdale noise complaint fines will be automatically billed to the customer. Fines start at $250.

- Any cancellations due to Covid or any other illnesses will be subject to the cancellation policy associated with the listing. No refunds or credits will be issues due to COVID-19 or any other health related issues.
