The bathroom has a huge entire length vanity/mirror, bathtub, toilet and LG efficiency washer/dryer combo unit (great for small loads). The living room is quite comfortably furnished. equipped with a 49" Sony Smart TV with apps such as netflix, amazon prime and youtube. Enjoy a bluetooth equipped record player for your listening enjoyment. The dining area has a ceiling fan and is furnished with a pub style dining table and stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils, apartment size refrigerator, microwave, range, dishwasher and double sink.

The apartment building is on a boiler heater/chilling cooler HVAC system that you can adjust temperatures to your desired level. What that means is in the winter there is only heat and in the summer there is only Air Condition. When the windows are open a nice breeze flows through the entire second story apartment.

This is an entire private unit, self check in property, keys are located in a lockbox for your retrieval.
