Welcome to this family-friendly PARADISE RETREAT! This spacious 1-story home features a private outdoor entertainment area overlooking the heated pool, spa, and putting green. Relax to the sounds of the waterfall while enjoying the beautiful weather Arizona has to offer!
The space
This recently remodeled home offers plenty of space at nearly 2,500 square feet, which includes an oversized Primary-Suite with a King Pillow-top mattress(hotel grade), a huge bathroom, and soaking tub overlooking a mature orange tree.

Three additional bedrooms, which include a junior suite, Queen Pillow-Top Mattress(hotel grade) with its own designated full bathroom. 11 foot ceilings boast an open floor plan with a large family room(65" TV) overlooking the outdoor covered patio space and pool. Step into the spacious kitchen, which features a complimentary coffee & tea bar.

Head out to the secluded backyard, take a dip in the pool, or relax in the jetted spa after catching some sun. Stroll on over to the orange tree to indulge in a freshly picked orange or perfect your putting skills on the putting green. Grab a Tomahawk steak from the local butcher and fire up the grill.

Enjoy your evenings with the lit up pool and patio space while star gazing into the open desert sky. You'll never want your vacation to end after experiencing this beautiful home.

The pool skimmer is available for use as tree foliage may blow into the pool
The pool vacuum will be on to keep the pool clean and must not be touched
During your stay, a weekly pool cleaning occurs on Mondays & Wednesdays & is accessed by a pool cleaning company
During your stay, weekly landscapers access the property to clean off debris and leaves
During your stay, a Pest Control company does a non-toxic spray of the grounds for maintenance
Other things to note
Backyard:
of shade and seating in the backyard with umbrellas for use in the day and night with lights. Garage will have life jackets, floaties, & pool toys. Corn hole (all-weather) is available for those who want to play.

Pool:
You must let the host know you want this feature at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. It takes approximately 24-36 hours hours to heat the pool. The pool will be set to 87° and the spa will be set to 100°. Contact host for more details.
